They say you get what you pay for but in this case I believe we got more. We have gone through several patio sets over the years but I have to say this one is the best of them all. First, we received them so quickly we were actually shocked! Secondly, the assembly was super easy. I will also say that the cushion are super firm. Not like those awful light foamy ones are at other stores that go flat after only a few uses. These cushions are firm like a type of memory foam that is super comfortable and returns to original shape!! Now of course this will happen in the time of non use. It isn’t like an air cushion that returns as soon as you stand up. I will also say that the customer service was top tier! I didn’t realize that when ordering a different color of cushions they would come in separately. I kind of blew right past that part in the description lol. I contacted them through messaging center and was replied to within hours. Let me tell you, I contacted them several times and never waited longer than 16 hrs to get an answer. When I contacted them about the blue covers, They contacted me right away and provided all of the shipping information for each box and where the last one containing the covers were. I was missing an assembly bag (containing screw, washers and the feet) for an ottoman. Upon contact, I told them no worries on the screws and washers as I had plenty in my garage that fit but needed the feet. The response was super prompt and they continued to provide updates as they worked to get the feet out to me. They arrived within about 5 days. I inquired via messenger to purchase an additional single corner piece to ensure the same color was available and was promptly sent a link with instructions to contact them back via message center and she would ensure I received the color I wanted. That chair came arrived in like 3 days! Dang at the turn around time! I will tell you that the fire pit is wonderful. I love the ease of access to the gas tank underneath. I will say be patient when lighting it and follow the instructions. It is after all gas and can be finicky when it wants to be. I will also say that although this set was a little more than we initially wanted to spend, the customer service alone was enough to keep me as a return customer.

First and foremost, product aside, this company has the BEST customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever had a company be more responsive and concerned with my happiness about a product, ever. Now to the product itself. I love love love it. It is simply lovely and exactly what’s pictured. It’s the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The seating is very comfortable, and the table fireplace is beautiful, and adds to the overall enjoyment of the set. On a cool evening a light throw in the fire, will actually keep you pleasantly toasty. During the day, the sofa is the best place to relax with an ice, cold beverage, and a book I highly recommend it.

This set was delivered in a quick and well organized way. All boxes were labeled accordingly. The company even sent an email of HOW to assemble the set and easy videos for all of the "challenging" steps. I found it so straightforward and easy to assemble I didn't even need the videos. The instructions, included inside each box, were more than enough of how to put it all together. Overall I think it maybe took 2-2.5 hours to assemble everything, and I was taking my sweet time, and enjoying some beautiful Cali sun while I built the pieces. The fire pit with glass has gotten us so many compliments on how high end everything is, and ties the whole set together really well. I can't recommend this set enough. Just read the instructions and all will fall into place. Time to fire this thing up and have a margarita! Ciao!

I have received the furniture set and assembled it without any issues. The set is very durable and looks absolutely amazing! The instructions were very easy to follow and packaging was exceptional. The cushions are very comfy and look to be very durable. The fire pit was easy to assemble and looks perfect. Now I just need to get a cover and I’ll be set. As the warm season is approaching my brother had been looking at getting a patio set for my birthday. We had been eyeing a set at Target for a while but we’re waiting for the prices to go down a bit. We started looking at other websites when we came across this one. I instantly fell in love with the design and color options, and even more, the fire pit! We got the standard grey color and ordered the navy pillows as well. Everything came in 6 big boxes, all packaged well. Was definitely a pain in the butt to build. Took my brother and his friend an entire evening to get it together but it was worth it! It’s very comfortable. The only down side to it is that the cushions slide off easily , so you’re having to keep adjusting your seat, but besides that I would give this a 5 star rating. Fire fit is easy to assemble and use. For the price this is well worth it! We bought a cover to protect the couch sets, the fire pit came with a cover! Would recommend purchasing
