Our kids always having their friends over and all the messes that come with that and even having dogs that like to be on them and they have held up great! We’ve even washed them a few times and they always come out clean besides a few spots where mold has gotten to them but not very noticeable. But we are just so happy with this set and glad it’s holding up so well! We have had this set for almost a year and we have been super happy with it! It is absolutely beautiful and can fit a large group of people! It’s perfect for so many occasions. We have not tried to wash the cushion covers yet but besides that we have definitely broken in this set and it’s holding up nicely! We weren’t sure when getting this set because there wasn’t many reviews at the time but it is great quality and worth every penny!

Absolutely love my new patio furniture set! Assembly was straightforward and the instructions easy to follow. Multiple shipments (2 for me) as product descriptions explains. I assembled the first nine pieces same day as delivery and the last four pieces also assembled same day as delivery. I had a couple of questions during delivery— company very responsive!!! I would definitely recommend this patio furniture set. It’s a beautiful addition to my patio.

Disappointed—Poor Quality & Unhelpful Support I was really excited when our 13-piece outdoor furniture set from Nice Soul arrived, but unfortunately it's been a huge letdown. Missing Cover & Water Issues The set didn’t include a weather cover. We spent $500 on TaskRabbit to assemble it on our terrace, only to have it rain the first night. The cushions absorbed all the water and stayed completely soaked for four days—definitely not water-resistant. Overheats in Sun On 90 °F summer days in Chicago, the rattan becomes scorchingly hot, so much that past experience of touching it could result in burns. With seven people in our family, we can’t even use the furniture without risking discomfort or injury. Poor Cushion Construction The cushions are supposed to stay secure with plastic clips, but one already broke. The pillows also don’t stay in place—quite a problem in windy Chicago. Terrible Customer Service I requested a full refund and complimentary pickup, given how unusable the set has been. Instead, Nice Soul offered just $30 and replacement parts—not remotely enough. After countless hours of back-and-forth, Amazon’s A-to-Z claim process did nothing to help, despite us being long-time Prime members. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don't waste your money!

The media could not be loaded. We just built our pool and were looking for some patio furniture that wouldn't break the bank and was good quality. We looked at several places but when we saw these for the price we were a little skeptical of the quality. So We took the risk. To our surprise the furniture is nice and good looking. The customer service was excellent, we had issues with the delivery and they replaced the order right away.
