Really like my new pergola. The only complaint so far is the rods in the bottom of the canvas are very flimsy where the two pieces join together. We just assembled it yesterday and will be reinforcing those rods with a long piece of dowel placed inside. It is definitely a two person job. One to hold and one to install screws. And at least two if you have to move it at all to place it. ... show more

No stars! You know the saying you get what you pay for? Well we were trying not to spend too much money, replacing our old pergola that we only paid a little more for. This one sucks! Hardly any instructions, which seems to be the norm these days. Parts are cheap, it's taken my husband hours, with some help from me to put together. And the biggest issue I have is it states it's 10x10, but it's not more like 8x9, I guess they're counting from the outer points, not we're the actual shaded area will be. We'll see how it makes it through the summer, not very hopeful, I'd buy something else! ... show more

The directions did not make sense they could have labeled them better. I had to switch the pose three times in order to get them in the right position. Then the wind blew over the canopy and almost knocked down the whole pergola then I had to go on YouTube to realize that the four bags are sandbags because none of that was in the instructions. and a couple of the poles were bent. ... show more

Do Not Buy! Terrible instructions cheap sheet metal. As I was tightening screws metal was bending. It collapsed shortly after I put it together.
