This is a very nice patio set. Several previous reviews mention firm seats, but we like the cushions like that. The modular nature of the seating has allowed us to play around with the configuration and will give us some flexibility when we have guests over, allowing us to gather around the fire or sit in an in-line arrangement more conducive to watching TV. We have a Trex deck, which allows the furniture to slide a bit, but we think we have solved that with a bit of non-skid rubber attached to the bottoms of the feet. Also, we have just clipped them together, so that has helped significantly as well. The fire pit is so much better than the one we replaced with this set. It starts quickly, has a strong, but adjustable flame, and with the wind shields has been better in the breezes that blow through our yard. We have assembled many pieces of furniture previously. The documentation for this set was as good as most and the assembly fairly easy. We did make a mistake during assembly in one of the first steps by rotating a flat panel 180 degrees from where it should have been, but we quickly discovered it when we more closely compared the document to the pieces and assembly was smooth after that. As the assembly consists of bolts held in place by captive nuts, there was no damage due to our assembly error. The best feature, though, has been the customer service. Immediately upon shipment we were sent information with all five tracking numbers which helped us as the set arrived over two days. Also, unfortunately, the webbing of one of the pieces was damaged in shipment which we did not discover until the set was assembled. We contacted customer service who responded to us by the next morning. The replacement part was sent out immediately, again with tracking number provided. Replacement of the panel was a straight-forward as the assembly.

I was looking for a long time for some really nice outdoor patio , that would be strong/sturdy and beautiful, but most important of all, at a very good/reasonable price. I found this set and loved look and I loved the price too, so We went for it, we hired the assembly service because I don’t have time to do it myself, first of all the set is so beautiful and elegant, very comfortable. We can’t believe we were able to find such a beautiful set for such an affordable price , just as a reference I’m 6.1 foot man , this set is perfect for me and my whole family, the fact that the set comes with a fire pit just make things even greater. We have got so many compliments when we have visits over . The assembly service was also awesome and very worthy. This company is also a real gem, communication and costumer service is great. If Could I would give them 10 starts. We absolutely love this set. 100 Recommended

I searched for weeks to find a patio set I felt would be a sound purchase. Choosing to shop online meant I didn't get to see and feel the set I was purchasing, which can be scary considering how expensive patio furniture can be. After weeks of searching Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, Sam's Club and even what some would consider "boutique" patio stores, my husband and I agreed we would settle with this set. We were exhausted from shopping and way past ready to watch football on the back patio! The moment the shipping labels were created (5 separate boxes), the company emailed me to provide each tracking number and to set expectations of estimated arrival (could be delivered different days). Fortunately, all 5 of our boxes arrived the same day and I (a 5'2" 135lb woman) was able to put this together myself in just a couple hours (power tools help cut the time down, just be careful when tightening). The assembly is very simple, but the company provides a link in case a video visual is more helpful to you. The set is beautiful and has the most comfortable back rest cushions. The set feels sturdy and well built. I had plenty of extra parts (one set per chair). The seat cushions are very thick and firm, but not uncomfortably so. I think they will eventually "break in" and soften a little which will be a plus. The seat cushions do slide around a bit for me but velcro makes for a quick and easy fix! A few weeks after receiving the set, the company reached out to ensure I received all boxes and was able to assemble the furniture without issue and have enjoyed my puchase thus far. They thanked me again for my purchase and offered an open invite to email them regarding any issues that arise in the future. I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again and have even debated adding a couple more seats to my current collection!

Everything about this purchase went very well. The seller communicated about all the tracking numbers, instruction videos and assistance if needed during the assembly. The packaging was done well. So far I have assembled all the sofa sets and it went smooth and everything aligned properly. The set looks sturdy and the cushions are thick and comfortable. I haven't been able to enjoy much of the sofa set due to frequent rains but I am looking forward to it. Quality product and great customer service, highly recommend!

The instruction videos are straight forward when assembling ! Love the cushions that are super comfortable and light! You can mix and match your sofa configuration! It would be nice to have some kind of ties for the cushions! But overall it’s a great product! Very happy with my purchase!
