I’m very happy with this stepper. I don’t get much exercise outside of cleaning my own house. So I wanted something that could be easy and doable. This is perfect. I don’t go by minutes as I saw with most reviews. I go by steps. I can get about 200 steps done in 5 minutes and I do this 3-4 times a day. But I can feel the burn in my legs at the 2 minute mark and I have to push myself every time. But I love the steeper so far. It’s definitely worth the price. It worked right out of the box, except for putting on the resistance bands.it’s light weight so it can be moved easily. And it really seems like it’s built very well. I can see myself using this for many years. I can honestly say that I very mush recommend this stepper I’d give it 10 stars if I could. I leave mine out so that I see it at the end of my bed and every time I see it I usually get on it. It makes me feel like I’m getting a good workout every day. I love it.

I purchased this mini stepper in April and have been using it for a little over six months. I’m a 170-pound male and have used it almost every day for about 40 minutes each time. The product description advertises that the pedals can rise up to 15 inches, but now they only go up about 9 inches. Of course, when I lift the pedals manually, they can still reach the maximum height. However, when I actually step on them, there’s no resistance or movement of the other pedal for the first few inches — roughly until the pedals come down about 6 inches from the top — so it doesn’t provide any real workout. It didn’t suddenly lose its range of motion; rather, it seems to have gradually decreased over time with regular use. So when I contacted customer service, the representative was very proactive from the beginning in trying to find a solution to the problem. After exchanging several messages, they offered to send me a replacement item. I had already filed a claim through the protection plan I purchased so I politely declined the offer, however I truly appreciate their effort and commitment to resolving the issue.

Since I live in a flat part of the country, it's difficult to get stair exercise in. I have overall been pleased with this device. Since I am over 70 years of age, if I were to buy this again, I would get the one with handle bar support because balance on this device is challenging. That being said, that has not stopped me from using it safely as I place it near a wall for support with a soft bed behind just in case. I like the exercise benefit however and think you will too if you are looking for this type of exercise.

The stepper works fine. It was easy to set up, compact enough for my apartment, and it definitely makes my legs burn after a few minutes. But honestly, I didn't just buy this for exercise. Lately I've been feeling like I'm not moving forward in my life - school, relationships, the future. Everything feels stuck. So I step on this machine, going up and down, hoping it will trick my body into believing I'm moving somewhere. The product deserves four stars, but my day, my mind, only gets three.
