This thing provides a fabulous cardio workout that will have your legs screaming for you to stop. It weighs about 30 lbs and folds flat for storage. I bought it to compliment the rower’s workout. I set it against the wall, right behind the rower for storage. Easy peasy to grab and set up for a workout. One reviewer complained about its lack of resistance. Do not worry. This thing will kick your butt!! The different pedal positions do make a difference, as well. I workout til it says 1,000 on the screen. It takes me 20 minutes-ish, sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. I do most of it without touching the hand rail to maximize the core muscles involvement. I am absolutely beat at the end. It is slowly getting a little easier. My workout partner is pretty tough and 28 years younger than me and she struggles, as well. We do the same workouts. I am 58 years old, female, 5’11” tall, and 150 lbs for reference. I can do chin-ups and I workout with weights, too, but this thing made me hurt the most. Lol. I bought mine on sale for $99.99. Worth every penny! No buyer’s remorse whatsoever. It’s simple, pretty quiet, easy on your joints, doesn’t need electricity, easy to store, and provides a butt-kicking cardio workout.

1. Easy to Put Together 2. Well Built 3. Sturdy The only con to this product in my opinion is the crapy counter that is supposed to count your steps. The screen sometimes goes blank and only sometimes counts your strides. Use your pedometer instead of counting on the counter.

Wow, they do not lie about this being a leg killer. The flat incline for thighs, the middle for thighs and glutes, and the steep for thighs, glutes, and abs. You feel it in precisely those places as promised. Quiet, compact, simple, inexpensive, I'm so happy.

Works as described! Very easy assembly. I am tall and have big feet(size 11 women’s) I have to put my foot a little over the top edge of the pedal so it doesn’t put so much strain on my ankle. It has decent tension but you can add resistance bands to increase the tension. Very compact for easy storage as well. I was on it for approximately 3 mins and I was feeling the burn and my heart rate was up. So I think it will be a good workout. Easy to use while watching TV and working from home, etc. much cheaper than a stair master. My 10 year old is comfortable using it as well.

Took forever to ship and receive. Sturdy but pedals are cheap plastic. There's basically no resistance at all and hits bottom. I'm only 143lbs. I knew it didn't have adjustable resistance but didn't think it had basically none. I was looking at another brand and should have bought that. Guess this too will be another lesson learned and off to Goodwill. Save your money go with another brand. If it had come with different resistant bands it would have been a keeper

I’m actually incredibly disappointed with my purchase! I am a HUGE mini stepper fan so I was incredibly excited to try this out in my routine! There is absolutely no resistance which is super unfortunate! I would not recommend if that is what you’re looking for! It’s very easy to set up, the quality is alright for the price that you pay! With it being so “light” and no resistance with my strides it was super noisy hitting the bottom!
