It's built in Wi-Fi lets you control it from anywhere and you can even set your own custom heating schedules for the ultimate in convenience and energy efficiency. This heater works great. I use it in a single car garage/Man Cave but placement is EVERYTHING! Initially I had placed it above my workbench by the pedestrian door where I keep tools and storage. About a 10x10 area. In the remaining 12x10 area with the bay door, is my kick it space. I have each area divided off with a storage shelf and AC Infinity grow tent in the middle. I wasn’t feeling the heat so much when placed above my bench which was about 5 feet off the ground and roughly 20 feet from where I sit on my couch. I relocated it in my den space about 18” off the ground sitting on a cement ledge and placed it by the bay door where most of the cold comes in. It works amazing and though it didn’t heat this side of the garage when above my bench it heats the whole garage in its new location LOW to the ground and counters the cold chill coming from the garage door. WI-FI works seamlessly utilizing the smart life app. I work graveyard and it’s nice to pull out my phone and get my heater going the last hour before I get off so it’s warm by the time I get back. The actual unit also has bright and clear touchscreen display that works effortlessly. Sensitivity matches that of texting on an iPhone. Light taps work just fine. No need to aggressively press the buttons. It’s visually appealing. Looks almost commercial. Hangs on the wall and comes with a level and hardware included. Honestly I love my new heater. Ive used this little heater in my camp trailer for 2 years now. It's great to be able to turn it on and raise the temp to warm (70's) in 20 degree weather from 3 hours away and have it warm when you get there. Doesn't overheat, cycles perfectly and its quiet. I'd buy it again.

So thin, so lightweight, you don't really notice that it's there. You cannot hear anything when it is in low heat mode. When it is in high heat mode, it is quieter than any other heater I've ever had. It is not 1,500 w. It only consumes about 1450 watts. Below setting operates at 746 w. The remote control does not work, however I don't see anything on the remote control so I prefer the app and the app works great and provides me information on the status of the heater. The temperature control is not great. I have to adjust it every once in a while. The temperature it senses is not the temperature that's in the room. With a room temperature of about 73°, in auto mode, when it is in high the temperature on the unit Rises to 68°, which kicks it into low mode then in low mode it decreases down to 66° and kicks in the high mode. This constant cycling of low to high is quite annoying. The thermostat just does not work properly. I had to attach external thermostats to operate this device. Luckily when it is unpowered all the settings are retained and so the external thermostat works great. It is so convenient that I think I will buy two more. ... show more

I purchased this heater for our new room that was converted from a covered porch. While most of the room is complete, the floor still has the cedar decking of what is the remaining porch this until we put final floor in. We insulted the floor from below but the room was still cold. After searching what might be our best heater options, this was the heater selected and it is wonderful. Once the room reaches desired temp it is a warm comfy room. This heater is perfect, installed on the wall so it doesn’t take up space. I love the app so I can get the heater started before I plan on using the space. I haven’t used the timer but I anticipate it will function fine. Don’t hesitate, this is a great unit! ... show more

Does not keep temperature at the temperature I set it to. I had it set on 70 and for the night and for a while it seemed to work correcting. It heated the room and kept in at 70 for about 4 hours, turning on and off at the correct temperature, fan on auto so I really could not hear it. Now, I went to bed and when I got up in the morning the heater said 72 and was blasting out HOT air ( You could tell it was hot than it should be immediately, It was HOT) fan set on auto and was running on high seed, it was still set on 70, But now my own thermometer that I use to check other thermostats, (That I NO is correct) said it was 78 in the room. I immediately unplugged the heater. Then I waited for the temperature in the room to go back down to 70. That took all day. Then I tried the heater again with everything was set the same as it was the day before. But this time the heater went right up to 72 right past 70 and NEVER SHUT OFF AGAIN. I immediately unplugged the heater again. Now that was twice, I can NOT trust this heater. I sent it back. ... show more

My 3 year old daughter sleeps with the door closed because we put her down at 7 and do not want to keep her up. The thermostat is in the hallway and receives the heat from our pellet stove downstairs, so the heat rarely ever turns on upstairs. This wall heater works great to heat the room at night. It doesn't use as much electricity as I thought, it's very low profile, and doesn't look too bad on the wall. The wifi comes in handy when you forget to turn it on at bedtime.
