Received my flashpaq superchip for my Ram 1500. Got the package in as photograped. There is no way this is brand new! Can see finger prints all over the screen! And three was no manual with it, come on I'm not pay full price for a obviously used product. Update this product is garbage!! Not sure if it's because it is probably not brand new. I did tye computer updates. Plugged into the truck and yep you guessed it got programming error and No Bus. Now it won't start at all. ... show more

I programed my 04 Ram with the performance tune. It was easy. Took only 20 minutes and I noticed the improved shifting and throttle response instantly. Fuel increased a little bit. I can feel a difference in wide open acceleration. I'm very happy with it.

I ordered this tuner for my 2014 ram 1500 5.7L.....I’m going to keep this short and sweet, I followed the instructions to a T, and would consider my 15 years of experience in using automotive experience both mechanical and electrical sufficient enough to properly use this device. But in short I’ll just put it this way.....your an absolute clown if you let this product come anywhere near your vehicle. After extensive research I have found that this product is a complete dice roll and the odds are not in your favor one bit. JUST. DONT. DO. IT! Your vehicle may never start again, without the having to tear out your ECM (not fun, not easy) and have it reflashed (about 500$) at a dealership if I remember correctly. Your getting this straight from a victim (clown) who used this product. ... show more

    • Nothing noticeable
2004 Dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi. Didn't make a difference in any area that you'd likely want.(Low end torque, horsepower, throttle response). Truly regret the purchase. Basically have a $389.00 ramp gauge. Just get some shorty headers, that's a noticeable difference

Would be a 5 star but got a tuner that the screen didn't work on called holly support they next dated me a new one with a label to send old one back so support was on point as for the tunner 93 tune can feel the difference the 87 not a big change and yes you can turn off the msd
