This review is after the first night. I will review again after 6months. I’m a plumber with a bad back and good sleep has been hard to get lately. Frame is heavy, bring a friend to help.. Super simple to put together without looking at the directions first. You only have to screw the legs in and plug the power adapter in. I have 14” nectar foam mattress. It doesn’t quite bend like it should on the foot side. This makes the leg massager almost non existent. The back massager is wonderful. I wish the timer was able to be set longer than 30min but again it feels great. I wish the led lights could change colors to match the colors of my room, but the lighting does look nice. Overall, the first night was the best night sleep I’ve have in a very long time. ... show more

We love this. It’s very sturdy. Comfortable, shipping was fast. The massage is awesome. We stayed in bed all evening watching tv using the massage function. I cannot stress it enough when I say that this Bed Frame is very heavy which at the same time makes it very sturdy in my opinion. I innocently ordered it for my master bedroom on the second floor of our home and inmediatelly regreted my decision when I went to retrieve the package from my front porch. It felt like gravity was teaching me a lesson. The box would not budge. I am 6 foot 260 lbs of brute testosterone but never have I struggled so much with a package as I did with this one. With a lot of applied physics, some towels, my pure muscles and the assistance of my 5'-2" wife, lol, I managed to take this box to the second floor of our home and set it up. It took about 90 minutes to haul it from porch to bedroom and 30 minutes to set it up. It works just as described. We even have an 11 year old memory foam mattress that is 12 inches thick and the vibration is felt nicely. I am very glad that there were no issues at all with the bed frame because if I had to return it I would have had a Heart Attack. Definatelly recommend it but make sure you have 2 strong people to haul this thing around or you will die trying. ... show more

The frame has been great and was rather easy to put together. Note, unless you want to feel like you are sleeping in a treehouse, make sure you don’t keep all the leg cones on when you put it together the first time. One great thing about the bed is you CAN adjust the height. However all the links stacked are very tall. Ended up having to move the bed again and adjust. Which brings me to deliver—it was PLOPPED on my sidewalk. Box partially torn (nothing wrong with it) but it is SSSOooooooo heavy. Took 4 people just to get it inside, then had to unpack before we could even begin to carry in pieces up the stairs. Consider delivery. ... show more

I don't usually write reviews, but this one was frustrating enough I felt it was worth the time to do so. We searched around for an adjustable bedframe on Amazon and eventually chose this one. Shipping was prompt. Delivery was exactly as described. This thing was heavy - but we knew it would be for a king sized bed. It takes at least two people to set this thing up correctly. We opened the box and followed the setup instructions 100% exactly as described. Once assembled and in place, we plugged it in and tried out the features with no mattress on it - just the base itself. All features worked, it raised and lowered the head and feet, massage, lights, etc. All was well, so we put our brand new memory foam mattress on (ordered separately and not part of this review) and tried it out again. It raised the head up one time, and literally never worked again. We checked wiring, we checked for obstructions, we checked everything that could possibly be wrong - the only thing wrong was the motor was bad after a single use. For the record, we are not large people and we were not even laying on the mattress when we raised it - it was JUST the mattress, and the motor went out. All other features continued to work, but no head adjustment - the primary reason we got it, was an obvious dealbreaker. So we contacted the manufacturer via email. And phone. And email again. And phone about a hundred more times. The phone number goes directly to a voice mailbox for an individual, and has no indication it is even for a company called Nestl. After a week or more, they replied to one of my emails and told me the child lock was probably all that was wrong. Never mind the fact that all other features worked. I checked (again) - big surprise, not the child lock. It was insulting to me that their only solution was something as simple as that, but I immediately replied back and explained that did not fix anything. Several more phone calls and emails have gone completely unanswered. It has been 3 weeks or so since the purchase and not one meaningful bit of help. I was approaching the month deadline to return through Amazon, so I made the choice to just return, and Amazon handled the return perfectly...but they should not have to be responsible when it was clearly not their fault this thing failed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe if you get lucky, it will work fine, but their customer support is non-existent and they should not be allowed to sell a defective product and then not offer any support whatsoever. Didn’t won’t to pay what most places wanted for a base found this one on Amazon, read the reviews and decided to give it a try . It’s perfect . Very heavy but Easy to set up , will need two people. So happy we went with this base. The only negative thing I have to say is the vibration setting times out after about 10 minutes and you have to restart. I wish it had a on or off vibration setting . But we love all the options . The light in the remote has come in handy too. Definitely recommend this base. Update:!!! Nectar customer service sucks ! They’ll only communicate thru email and every email is from a different person . They don’t pay attention to the last email so it’s like starting over every email . I ended up having an issue with my base which I believe happened in shipping but could really say for sure because Nextar would never give me technical support! But don’t worry Amazon to the rescue they helped resolve my issue . But know how bad the Customer service is at Nectar I probably wouldn’t buy again now . We initially ordered this from Home Depot but they lost the package. After waiting weeks for the new bed frame to arrive I canceled the order and reordered the frame with Amazon. Amazon did what they do best and they delivered the bed frame when I expected it. The massage feature is more like a light vibration but we absolutely love the zero gravity setting. Im pregnant and it feels so nice to have my feet elevated. I also started snoring recently so we sleep with the head of the bed at a slight incline and it definitely helps. Overall, this bed frame is heavy but it was easy to assemble. It’s sturdy and the features are easy to use on the remote control. We’re so glad we bought it! ... show more
