Best bed frame ever!!! Worth the money
Size: King Style: Premium Adjustable Base with Massage
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This bed frame is amazing! Super easy to put together. Being able to sit up and watch tv without 50 pillows and then when you get sleepy, push a button and boom it’s right where you want it. It has a massage button that I’ve only used once. The height is great. It’s adjustable from 3” to 12”. I used the highest level and it’s a little hard to get on the bed but worth it. It’s comfortable and gives my Tempurpedic support. I would definitely recommend this bed frame to anyone. ... show more

Great product
Size: King Style: Premium Adjustable Base with Massage
I’m impressed with the quality and ease of setup. Simply unbox and screw the legs in. Although I did it alone, it would be best to have two people. It’s heavy. It appears to be well made of quality components. My initial sleep was great. I could get just the right angles for me.

Works well on platform bed base
Size: King Style: Premium Adjustable Base with Massage
Very easy set up, does require 2 people. Nice for watching TV. Massage function is not easily felt with thicker mattress but does work. Does fit and work well on a platform bed base without the legs.

Heavy
Size: King Style: Premium Adjustable Base with Massage
The frame has been great and was rather easy to put together. Note, unless you want to feel like you are sleeping in a treehouse, make sure you don’t keep all the leg cones on when you put it together the first time. One great thing about the bed is you CAN adjust the height. However all the links stacked are very tall. Ended up having to move the bed again and adjust. Which brings me to deliver—it was PLOPPED on my sidewalk. Box partially torn (nothing wrong with it) but it is SSSOooooooo heavy. Took 4 people just to get it inside, then had to unpack before we could even begin to carry in pieces up the stairs. Consider delivery. ... show more

This weighs 150 pounds. Be prepared to open box outdoors.
Size: King Style: Adjustable Electric Bed Base
So far I know it will be sturdy. I and a friend had to help the UPS guy deliver it to my porch. Way too much for 1 man to handle. It comes assembled but unless your bedroom is close to the delivery entrance, you'll need it take it apart (just 2 bolts) to separate it. I disassembled it and it's now waiting to get escorted up 16 stairs to my bedroom. It looks well constructed. I will post once it's put together and working. Well with some help, I got it up and running today. The motors are almost silent. You have to pair the receiver to the remote but it only takes a few seconds. It's really a nice unit. I'm not one bit sorry and I would highly recommend this budget conscious adjustable bed. This bed is solid as a rock. You won't be sorry. Just a PS for those that need to hear this! After putting the legs onto the frame, don't use the legs as a pivot point to turn the bed frame right side up. Common sense should tell you this but, of course, they do have put a warning in car guilds not to drink battery acid! ... show more

Buyers beware - customer service nonexistant
Size: King Style: Premium Adjustable Base with Massage
I don't usually write reviews, but this one was frustrating enough I felt it was worth the time to do so. We searched around for an adjustable bedframe on Amazon and eventually chose this one. Shipping was prompt. Delivery was exactly as described. This thing was heavy - but we knew it would be for a king sized bed. It takes at least two people to set this thing up correctly. We opened the box and followed the setup instructions 100% exactly as described. Once assembled and in place, we plugged it in and tried out the features with no mattress on it - just the base itself. All features worked, it raised and lowered the head and feet, massage, lights, etc. All was well, so we put our brand new memory foam mattress on (ordered separately and not part of this review) and tried it out again. It raised the head up one time, and literally never worked again. We checked wiring, we checked for obstructions, we checked everything that could possibly be wrong - the only thing wrong was the motor was bad after a single use. For the record, we are not large people and we were not even laying on the mattress when we raised it - it was JUST the mattress, and the motor went out. All other features continued to work, but no head adjustment - the primary reason we got it, was an obvious dealbreaker. So we contacted the manufacturer via email. And phone. And email again. And phone about a hundred more times. The phone number goes directly to a voice mailbox for an individual, and has no indication it is even for a company called Nestl. After a week or more, they replied to one of my emails and told me the child lock was probably all that was wrong. Never mind the fact that all other features worked. I checked (again) - big surprise, not the child lock. It was insulting to me that their only solution was something as simple as that, but I immediately replied back and explained that did not fix anything. Several more phone calls and emails have gone completely unanswered. It has been 3 weeks or so since the purchase and not one meaningful bit of help. I was approaching the month deadline to return through Amazon, so I made the choice to just return, and Amazon handled the return perfectly...but they should not have to be responsible when it was clearly not their fault this thing failed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe if you get lucky, it will work fine, but their customer support is non-existent and they should not be allowed to sell a defective product and then not offer any support whatsoever. Buyer beware on Nestl products. ... show more

VERY HEAVY BUT STURDY
Size: California King Style: Premium Adjustable Base with Massage
I cannot stress it enough when I say that this Bed Frame is very heavy which at the same time makes it very sturdy in my opinion. I innocently ordered it for my master bedroom on the second floor of our home and inmediatelly regreted my decision when I went to retrieve the package from my front porch. It felt like gravity was teaching me a lesson. The box would not budge. I am 6 foot 260 lbs of brute testosterone but never have I struggled so much with a package as I did with this one. With a lot of applied physics, some towels, my pure muscles and the assistance of my 5'-2" wife, lol, I managed to take this box to the second floor of our home and set it up. It took about 90 minutes to haul it from porch to bedroom and 30 minutes to set it up. It works just as described. We even have an 11 year old memory foam mattress that is 12 inches thick and the vibration is felt nicely. I am very glad that there were no issues at all with the bed frame because if I had to return it I would have had a Heart Attack. Definatelly recommend it but make sure you have 2 strong people to haul this thing around or you will die trying. ... show more
