What can I say? This is a next level caffeine experience. I recently stayed at a 5-star hotel and they had one of these. I bragged about having espresso and cappuccino every morning. so, naturally I had to get one for myself. The parts are quality made with durable metal and hard plastic. The water base is simple and easy to fill and replace. It is easy to clean and the base can rotate so depending on your setup you can have the water reservoir on the left or right. The grates are metal and easy to clean. I like how the whole front pops off so you can take out the pods and you can clean it inside. There are two cleaning functions to ensure it stays working well and tasting good. The type and size of pod determine the type of drink that comes out so you don’t have to worry about trying to push the right button and fill to the correct line. There’s an app! You can customize your drink in the app and make it how you want. I haven’t played with it too much but I know you can change the temperature of your drink as one of the customizations. It’s connected via WiFi. The bonus is the milk frother. I have one of those hand held ones that doesn’t work that well. This one is the classy one. You can put in ice and milk and press the button to froth up cold milk for iced coffee if you want. The only negative is the price of the pods. They’re a latte money. So if you’re just looking for coffee, this probably isn’t worth it. Overall, very demure caffeine machine for classy-drinking people. I will add that Amazon shipped it as-is in the original box. Design & Setup: The "White" version is stunning—sleek, modern, and compact, making it perfect for smaller kitchens or crowded countertops. Setup was incredibly fast; I was brewing my first cup in minutes. It feels durable, which is what I expect from a De'Longhi-produced machine. Performance & Taste: The Vertuo Up uses Nespresso’s Centrifusion™ technology to read barcodes on the capsules, automatically adjusting brewing parameters (temperature, speed, etc.) to get the perfect extraction. Every cup produces a thick, luxurious layer of crema. Whether I am making a large 7.7 oz coffee or a concentrated double espresso, the flavor is robust and consistent.     • Good coffee, fast and easy.
This Nespresso Vertuo Up is great for me because it makes a really good cup of coffee with almost no effort. It heats up in about three seconds and the one-button design is exactly the kind of convenience I wanted in my kitchen. I like that it has a specific button for iced coffee that makes the brew more concentrated. It tastes much better than just pouring regular hot coffee over ice. The milk frother is also a nice addition for making lattes at home. The pods are a little more expensive than buying bags of coffee at the store, but I’m happy to pay a little extra for how fast and easy this is to use. I’ve been using the Nespresso Vertuo Plus for a little while now and it’s been great. It’s super easy to use—just insert the pod, press a button, and it takes care of everything. Perfect for busy mornings when you don’t want to think too much. The coffee itself tastes really good, and I like that it has that layer of foam on top. It definitely feels like a step up from a regular coffee maker. I also like that you can switch between coffee and espresso depending on what you’re in the mood for. It heats up quickly and doesn’t take up a ton of space on the counter, which is a plus. Cleaning has been pretty simple too. The only downside is having to use the specific pods, which can get a little pricey, but for the convenience and quality, I think it’s worth it.
