I absolutely adore this machine and have stopped buying coffee at Starbucks. I do drink Starbucks coffee from Nespresso pods, however, but I can stomach a buck or two for a cup of coffee better than the $8-9 I was spending. The Aeroccino 3 does a phenomenal job of frothing milk. I love that Nespresso provides bags to recycle their product postage paid. It is visually stunning. I felt like a princess using it. I bought a turnstile holder for my pods, which also looks very nice. It is a truly quick and easy way to make a wonderful cup of coffee. Only thing I wish is that I could buy more varieties of their pods in stores. It is quite pricey but a lot less than I had been paying. ... show more

Usually I do not fuss with gadgets, but I grabbed this for myself after seeing it online during nap time. First unit leaked from the bottom, so they sent a new one. This one makes really good coffee and the frother is smooth and quiet. Wifi setup? Total headache. I gave up and just use the buttons while my toddler yells for snacks. It also gets pretty loud while brewing, which is annoying during early mornings. ... show more

This item is something that allows me to have a treat without going to the coffee store. I love the different flavors. The machine does make a slight mess where the pods fall Sam’s has to be wiped out.

The bad: tray has to be emptied once a day, and it holds a good amount of coffee juice due to the vertical insertion of the pods. The liquid can easily spill, so be careful. The Positives are that you can customize each size in terms of temperature and size. Also, once you turn on the machine count to 2 on press brew button, nice. You do need the app, but from the app you can run clean cycles and descale modes, a big upgrade to the pressing the power button and standing on one foot previous methods in Nespresso machines. They are not cheap, either nespresso machines or the pods, but it is what it is. Noise levels are much less than previous version of Nespresso machines. ... show more

I’ve been using Nespresso machines for years, and this is my third one & my first Vertuo. What I love most is how simple, elegant, and QUITE it is. It’s also incredibly easy to clean. The milk frother is super fast, unlike the previous ones I’ve owned. Definitely a 5/5!
