I purchased this for a coworker as a gift and was very impressed with the price and the fact it came with a really good frother. I already had one and while the coffee is expensive, a little over a dollar per pod, depending on the one you choose, it really gives you a great cup of coffee just like you went out and got it from a barista. This was a better deal than on the Nespresso website. I wish they had a loyalty program so rewards were easier to accumulate. Their ‘sales’ at nespresso are like buy 8 sleeves get 1 free. I can't believe I've been living without one of these this long. While on a trip to the Dominican Republic, our room was equipped with an Nespresso machine and I just loved it. I had shied away from home pressure "barista" machines due to the cost and level of effort. This machine closed that gap. Easy to use, easy to clean/maintain, and pushing out espresso shots indiscernible from a shop. The frothier is easy to use with two modes, cold & hot. My ability to create art with it, needs help! This coffee maker has been a game-changer for my mornings! It’s cute, compact, and easy to use, and the price was right for a quality espresso machine that also makes larger cups of coffee. The setup was super straightforward, just plug it in, fill the water tank, and start brewing. I love that it includes the Aeroccino milk frother so I can make lattes and cappuccinos right at home without needing separate equipment.
