I bought this product in December and it stopped working in early March. I bought the premium warranty from Assurion, so I tried to file a claim. Fairly, Assurion told me it was under a regular warranty, so I needed to contact the seller instead. I contacted the seller to make a warranty claim and they ignored me for five days. So I contacted Amazon chat and they bounced me around to six different agents. They finally told me that the return window closed and I needed to contact the seller. I told them I already did. Amazon told me to wait 72 hours. I told them I had already waited 120 hours and still had not heard anything. But they told me there was nothing they could do. Which is really unusual. Usually Amazon support is top notch, but maybe they have gone downhill recently and their employees are no longer empowered to make things right. Anyhow, now I am stuck with a faulty product, an unresponsive seller, and no help from Amazon. So maybe I’ll just have to wait for a year and return this to Assurion. Crazy. I would avoid this product and seller. Maybe when you get a good one, it’s a good deal, but if you run into any trouble, don’t expect a response or any help.

Showstopper! My daughter loves it & every kid that sees it wants it. Legs expand to pretty good length, even for a big kid. Velcro straps for board-seat connection wear a bit, but my daughter really drives this thing lol. Overall, great product

You'll find this hoverboard on amazon and elsewhere under different brand names, different colors, and maybe some different lighting. They all come in the same generic box, with the same generic manual. Overall the board works great, but battery life is pretty "meh" especially for adult/heavier riders. 70lb kids can get an hour or so of indoor use, adults over 150lb may find they get half of that. I'm generally skeptical of the specifications listed on both amazon and in the manual that comes with the book, I may do a teardown and look at the batteries eventually - to see what they're actually rated at and if they can be upgraded. - Amazon listing says this board is capable of up to riders up to 270lb, manual says 200lb is the maximum (and less than 150lb is ideal) - Amazon listing says the board can do 8mph, the manual says 6mph Regardless I like these boards, and the kids love them and adults do too - after a couple hours of practice I think most kids will have it down pat. The biggest downside is the battery life, it takes hours to charge and can either last 20 minutes or 1+ hours depending on how you ride, weight, etc. The wheels/"suspension" setup are not really good on all-terrain as they advertise, going over small bumps is doable with practice (like, from street to driveway of wood floor to rug) - the ability to go over bumps also depends on the weight of the rider. This thing is really only suitable on relatively flat surfaces, you probably won't want to ride on grass or sidewalks.

I was skeptical to purchase this for my son's 8th birthday! It has been such a hit. Super easy to charge and stays charged for awhile. Took him only a couple tries to get it down and now he's a pro. The lights & sound are a fun touch!

I was so skeptical to buy this with all of the mixed reviews, I've waited to post this because I wanted to make sure it was good. We bought it for christmas 2024 and it's now the end of April 2024. It still chargers perfect, moves perfect, it's still like it's brand new. Now keep in mind I'm super impressed with it because my kids aren't gentle, they have dropped this thing like 3 times, left it in the rain one time and it still works like it's never been mistreated. I definitely recommend and will buy another one when my son is ready to have one Update- December of 2024. We've had it a full year and it still works perfect.
