I wasn’t a big fan of coffee. It’s quite hard to make a good cup of espresso coffee. But this machine makes it perfect every time. Love Nespresso, love my morning cappuccino. Makes perfect cappuccino and latte with regular milk. Makes ok cappuccino/latter latter with Oat milk. Doesn’t really work with Almond milk. ( machine doesn’t use all the liquid) ... show more

Compact and relatively easy to use. Espresso works fine, milk system doesn't function at all. A very expensive mistake.

Love this for my lattes. Im a big Starbucks drinker and this nespresso has curbed that habit. I pass by Starbucks to come home to my nespresso many times as it is that good. It is not difficult to use but it can’t be used by newbies with ease (for the latte component). The instruction to put that part together are great but when I have guests, I need to show them how to put the milk frothed part into the machine bc it’s not intuitive.     • Nice machine but a little disappointed with some aspects
I'm gonna start off by saying this: I really love the machine as it functions very well, is incredibly easy to use, and the coffee tastes great. It comes with a sampler of 14 nespresso pods and I was a fan of almost all of them. It froths the milk great and it (mostly) gets it in the cup. Now to the cons. The are three major things that I had a problem with was the material of the machine. 1) the milk spout is finnicky and sometimes the machine will spurt milk and overshoot the cup, leaving me with a few drops of milk on my counter. The other thing is that the machine is pretty small. My 12 oz ceramic tumbler from starbucks does not fit under the machine's milk or coffee spout and I have to hold it up to them at an angle. My smaller 12 oz mugs will fit on top of the drip tray but my bigger ones will not. In fact, they won't fit even if I slide the drip tray over (I have to completely remove it to use them). My last thing is that the machine drips coffee for quite a while after it's done; and if, for the aforementioned reasons, the drip tray is not in place immediately after removing my cup, it drips coffee onto the bottom. All-in-all I like the machine and I'll be keeping it but if you don't mind it taking the extra counterspace (I do because I have a smaller kitchen) I would buy another machine from the original line (Essenza or CitiZ) with a separate milk frother for around the same price. The cons of this would be that obviously it takes up more space and of course it takes away the convenience of pressing a single button and having a latte be made and poured for you. ... show more

I wasn’t sure about the machine because I was thinking if it’ll worth the money, I got it for second hand ( use) for half price and I’m happy with my purchase, it looks new, the shipping was pretty fast the size is perfect and the coffe cuality is very good 👍

LOVE THIS MACHINE - A truly 5 + Star item - easy to use, consistent flavor output and a great price. So very tired of waiting in line for sub-standard lattes for premium prices at local coffee shops ( $5-6.00 X 30 = $150-180 ). 3-4 Nespresso capsules per day X 30 at a cost of only $63-84 - a clear savings of $87-96 a month!!!!! ... show more

It looks like I was shipped a returned unit. Box had been previously opened. Prior return shipping label still attached. Rear water tank has damage. I should have bought this from a real store.
