Ordered this for an excellent price during prime day and was able to get the price fully reimbursed by my local utility via a rebate. Installation was a breeze. my only gripe is that for the dryer version, the neutral pole is typically oriented towards the top for most cables. On this neocharge it is at the bottom so I had to wrap my cable around the neocharge so that it can "hang" rather than try to pull itself off of the unit. I also had to rotate the outlet in my wall box for the "upright" neocharge orientation. The stats in the apps are useful. So far so good.

I love this product, and the unit appears well-made, better than my other fence chargers. Use it to keep deer, raccoons, possums, dogs, out of my garden. I have a garden and a secluded vegetable plot. Bought a different brand electric fence for the out of the way vegetable plot. The garden has never been bought, yet mine keeps getting destroyed by deer and raccoons, which piss me off. After using it for a few days, I didn't expect everything to go well. Awesome product! Very user-friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.

The idea is great and installation was easy. However, I cannot get the maximum capacity from my charger. The charger I have is a 32 Amp unit at 240V, this is beyond the rating of the NEMA 14-30 outlet. My VW ID.4 lets me reduce the charging current but only has one option for this which is ~10 amps. The max sustained load rating for a NEMA 14-30 socket is 24 amps. This means I'm leaving about 14 amps of charging power on the table. It would be really great if the Neocharge could limit the output voltage. Ideally, you could set the output voltage limit. I would set it to 20 amps as I don't trust the wiring in my house to handle at sustained load of 24 amps on this NEMA 14-30 plug.

I have a Tesla and a Pacifica Hybrid. I grew tired of adaptors and juggling 1 charger. Getting this + a tesla mobile charger was cheaper than a dual plug EVSE or any other solution. Its great. I don't think about it. The priority car gets priority, and the tesla charges overnight when the van is done charging. If the van isn't charging during the day, the tesla can charge. No thought, just functions!

Our household has had a Tesla since 2019. This year was able to convince the wife to bite the bullet and trade in her gas car for a F150 Lightning. Instead of installing a new charger or outlet, grabbed this device and used it to split my outlet between both cars. Works perfectly, even with a NEMA 14-50 extension cable for the F150 Lightning!

I purchased the Nema14-30 Smart Splitter early August. I used it to split power between dryer and EV. It was easy to install and worked as it's supposed to. However, the app was a disaster. The model that I received was P7. It required 2 apps. One is ESP BLE Prov to set up the wi fi and the second one is NeoCharge for monitoring the splitter. EDP BLE Prov worked but not the app (on IOS). In contact with Tech Support a couple time and provide them with information and serial number a couple times. They mentioned there was a bug with the app but did not provide any solution. NeoCharge app has 1 star in AppStore.
