This saw is a beast, it doesn’t need any help!!! Just put it on the wood and let it “EAT”, and trust me it is a hungry saw! I had around 25 trees in my tar that needed to be cut down, it got the job done with no problem. It has been a fantastic saw, it has a compression release knob on it that makes for easy starting, only takes around 3 pulls to get it going, 2 with the chock pulled out and 1 after it hits. It does drink a lot of gas and bar oil, but it deserves a good drink cause it will eat wood all day. Power is great, durability is excellent, price is unbelievable, it’s a clone to the Husqvarna saw, and about $850 bucks cheaper. I’ll never buy another brand name saw again. NEOTEC is my dealership for saws for life now!! You won’t be disappointed with this saw!!

Pretty satisfied for the price, using the nh 895 in an Alaskan sawmill. Came with ngk plug, decent carb but the oiler quit working by the 3rd tank of gas. Also came with the wrong bar. The 114dl 36” is for the Stihl clones and the chain hardly fit on the saw. Just use the 115dl chains and save yourself a headache.

Do not buy this product. This company has zero customer assistance, customer help, customer service. The product is a good looking product. If you need parts , product suport , maixtenance parts this company is impossible to deal with. When receiving the shipment product comes with three different Phone numbers for suport. 2 emails for suport. The web site has email suport and phone numbers. I left 10 messages, 4 emails. With zero interaction or customer suport. Amazon was the only way to get a response . Then they gave one word answers, and claimed to of shipped another unit that never was delivered. After 3 weeks of relentless efforts on my part . Amazons A to Z return was the only way. In the end the saw was dumped to the waste bin and we received a full refund.

I spend more time fixing this thing and trying to get it to start than being able to use it. On the second use, the chain tensioner screw broke. The company was kind enough to send me a name brand replacement. The fourth use, the pull cord snapped off while trying (emphasis on trying) to get the thing started. Fresh fuel, new spark plug, and universe smiling down upon you appear to be required to accomplish the starting part. None of the customer support systems appear to be working (web form and chat both crashed). If I can get it to start and stay running (both are big ifs), it gets the job done but I’ve only been able to accomplish that 3 times in the last 7 months. Update: after watching lots of chainsaw repair videos and taking the whole thing apart, the problem was a ratcheting lever arm associated with the choke that would only disengage if the throttle was pulled open. Once the choke was on (air intake restricted), it would stay on no matter where the choke was set until the throttle lever was pressed open and disengaged the choke ratchet. Since the ratchet appeared to serve no purpose but to flood the engine, I removed it and the engine starts fine now: on a cold engine, pull blue choke control, pull cord until engine tries to start, close choke, 2 or 3 pull starts engine regularly now. The rest of the carburetor was assembled normally (some people noted problems with the diaphragm and pin installations as a quality control issue). The other adjustments: turned high screw all the way on then backed off by 1.25 turns then backed off a bit more until full throttle didn’t run the saw at full speed; turned low screw all the way on and then backed off until the saw would stay running at idle (but not much more), minor adjustment to throttle set screw to keep running at idle. Now the thing works well so upgraded from 1 to 3 stars - I can’t do better as it took me days to get this sorted out but given the price I’d consider getting another saw from this company as long as this one keeps running for a while.

I ordered this saw and had it to my door in 4 days. It was simple to put together! No tuning straight out of the box. I ran 25/1 for break in. It's a great strong running saw. The pull start did begin to slip so I contacted Neotec and they reimbursed me for the new part within two days! It has been great ever since! Would highly recommend this saw and this brand! If I need another saw it will definitely be a Neotec!

The chainsaw seems ok, but many of the components are cheaply made. But the main issue is the seller. When I mentioned the the product broke fore I even got a chance they wanted to throw pennies at the problem to make me go away. Instead of either sending me the part or even sending me somewhere to fix it properly. They delayed in replying and I eventually had to go through Amazon to help with the matter. The seller did not even want to really address the issue. Amazon was very helpful and helped me resolve the issue A good part would cost way more than they claimed.
