Just arrived, putting it together and the fabric is torn. Not happy about this at all. STAY AWAY FROM RHIS CHAIR AND COMPANY. $70 wasted, total BS Update, Neo Chair replaced the back. The chair wobbles back and forth on the gas canister. Would I buy this chair again, no absolutely not. Not at all what I expected. I’ll most likely go to Staples or Office Max to buy a better chair. It’s not comfortable at all, but it serves a temporary purpose of working from home. I’ll update my review from 2 stars to 3 for their customer service.     • DO NOT TAKE THE CAP OFF HYDRAULIC PUMP

The directions are so wrong on this product! If you take the cap off, you won’t be able to get the chair to lift. The directions overall are terrible. If you don’t put the back of the seat together first and then screw into base of seat as one unit, you won’t be able to get it lined up afterwards. I think whoever wrote the directions was ensuring job security for phone calls to customer service for help. I didn’t follow the directions and had no problem. Then my mom read them and said, oh, it says to take the orange cap off. So I took chair apart and did that, and then we couldn’t raise the seat! So do yourself a favor, burn the directions. ... show more

When building this chair my wife missed the part that said to leave all the bolts loose till its fully assembled to make sure it all lines up correctly. She called me up into her office and told me to return the chair since it wont go together correctly, the holes don't line up. I told her "you must of put it together wrong". That didn't go over too well... I took the chair back apart and put it back together following the directions and leaving the bolts loose till the end and it went together like a charm.
