The cushion is nice and thick and very comfy, but the back is weird. It may be my height (I'm 5' 3") or where my natural back arch is, but it doesn't align in a comfortable position (no matter how much I adjust it). It's very hard and very prominent. It's a good chair, other than that.

This chair is great for the price. Nice quality and comfortable. Lost one star because it was not the easiest to put together. I've put together lots of office chairs and this one was definitely one of the more difficult ones.

I absolutely love this chair. I have owned a lot that where way more pricey and this is by far the best. I work 10 hours a day sitting and have a bad back it is very comfortable on my back. I love that it is cloth and not leather

I bought this chair for my 11 yr old daughter and had her assemble it herself with minimal assistance from me. I held parts in place for her and tightened the screws - that was about it. It was her first assembly of a piece of furniture. The chair was completed and she loved it. 5 stars so far... until the chair didn't lift. I contacted the seller about the issue and before they responded, I decided to read the Q&A and reviews to see if others experienced the same issue. And I found out the issue in the reviews... the orange thing is not a cap. The instructions said to remove the cap and we removed the orange piece because that was the only thing that resembled a cap. Don't remove it! I had to watch a couple of videos on how to remove the base and how to remove the gas lift cylinder to put the orange piece back on. Minus 1 star for that. The other star is for the sturdiness of the chair. It's sturdy enough for my daughter but seemed a little wobbly for an average-sized adult.

This chair was easy to assemble and the directions were clear and easy to follow. The seat is comfortable and the arm rests adjust to where you can use them or pull them up. It looks great at my desk.
