This is good quality and easy to use and wash. My problem with it is, I am short waisted and this is very wide. I ordered one that was less wide at the same time and it 8s much more comfortable. I think this would be fine if you are tall but at 5' 2" it's unwearable.

Comfort only a 4 because it is a binder and therefore tight, but if it wasn't tight then it would not help. Pain relief is good, what ever is going on with my side the pressure helps to relieve enough of the pain so that I can function for more than 10 minutes at a time.

This brace didn't get tight enough. And it's super tall. I had it on my hips and it covered my ribs up and over the bottom of my breasts, and I'm long waisted. It's awkward to put on and so bulky that you can't get a tight fit. It hugged my hips okay but my belly didn't feel supported to where my back felt relief. The material was very uncomfortable on my skin. In one try-on, the receiving side of the velcro was tore up and shabby looking. One try-on use. (Tried to show in picture but hard to capture with camera). That's the lowest of poor quality. I can't imagine this would hold up for any length of time if it worked in the first place. Braces with a dual belt design work much better. This seems more like a slimming brace than support from pain. I have lower back pain from post-pregnancy and hanging overweight belly. Other belts have given more me support and pain relief. This brace is also very hot. I tried it on during a chilly winter day and felt hot pretty quickly (and I'm cold natured) so I can't imagine how hot it would be to wear in the summer. For me there really wasn't anything helpful about this brace and I'm returning it. ... show more
