This is an exceptional price for this quality chair. It only took 30 minutes to put together. The directions are very explicit and easy to follow. There is only one tool needed to put the chair together, and they even supply it along with the bolts needed. I'm a woman in my sixties and I found it very easy to put together by myself. It looks beautiful and luxurious. I love that the seat raises to a full 23 inches. My last chair only went up 20 inches and it was not high enough for my desk. This is perfect! Of course, the chair can rock back and forth as well. Another great feature is that when you are done working you can raise the armrests so that the chair can slide all the way into the desk saving lots of room. My other chair was giving me lower back pain. No pain at all in this chair. Well worth the investment. The only issue I had was that the right armrest had black scratches and staining on the silver structure area. The rest of the chair was perfect. So I emailed the company at their customer service email address. They responded very quickly and within just a few days sent me a brand new right arm piece unit at no charge that was in perfect condition. Excellent customer service. Very pleased. 5 stars.

I love this chair, except for the damages from the beginning as shown in the photo; I was wondering if I should ask for an exchange, but I needed the chair immediately. I still would like to get an exchange, even just for the part, because these damages are huge and anybody can notice them. The chair is pretty, it doesn’t take too much space, and the delivery was fast. I spend most of the work time sitting, and although it may be early to tell, it seems a good buy.

This chair is amazingly comfortable! It was fairly straight-forward to set up, but make sure to read the instructions included in the box (or provided online) and keep the box while you're working on the chair. All of the equipment was provided in the box, and I did not need any extra tools. This chair CAN be put together by one person--and the box is not too heavy for one person to lift (~35lbs). Overall, I'm very excited and pleased by my new chair. The comfort of sitting at my desk will enable me to be more productive, plus it looks nice and rolls very smoothly! 10/10, would definitely buy again should I need a new chair.

I'm a grad student, and I spend a lot of time sitting at my desk. I was looking for a comfortable and supportive office chair that would help me stay productive, and I'm so glad I found this one! The chair is really pretty, and the leather is soft and nice. The seat is actually slightly deeper than my old chair, which makes a huge difference. It's also a bigger chair than I'm used to, but it's not too big. The chair feels super sturdy, and I can lean back without feeling like I'm going to tip over. I had to figure out how to unlock the tilting with the height lever, but once I figured that out, it was easy to use. The armrests are a lifesaver. I can keep them up while I'm working, or I can flip them down if I want to put my feet up. They're also really easy to clean. Overall, I'm really happy with this chair. It's comfortable, supportive, and looks great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new office chair.
