Heat shrink works great with a heat gun, crimps are pretty strong. Unfortunately connecting male and female is rough, one held too tight and had to be damaged to disconnect. Otherwise great, will buy again.

This was the first time I used heat shrink connectors. And WOW, why didn’t I not ever do this before. I’ll never go back to those wire nuts. The only problem is the case where it clasps shut either was broke or broke within 15 seconds. Only one of the two are still working. Great price for number and variety of connectors. Provide solid connection and heats easily to create water proof connection. I have never experienced a failure with these connectors.

Appear well made, Bought the right crimper, not the one that cuts in two. So far these are just as good or better than the 4 for 5 bucks at ACE hardscrew .. These WORK GREAT...NOT ONE FAILURE

I love these new crimp and shrink connectors. I've used the old style crimp only connectors for years. I bought a set of butt connectors and love them so I bought this kit. These are good connectors but do not shrink as well as my butt connector kit does. I would still recommend this kit. It's awesome for the price!! ... show more
