Assembly was a bit of an inconvenience but was able to get it done. Fasteners are poor quality, specifically "soft" metal that strips easily using the allen wrench provided. Once together, it's a decent chair. Comfortable enough for intermittent use but would not be a good all-day work chair in my opinion. This is my second time buying this chair within six years it’s a good chair it lasted me 6 years and I just purchased another one for my work space. It’s comfortable and it’s perfect for me as a short woman. It’s worth the $36 but if you are a woman please have a man assemble this for you because I was lost as hell.
