Been using this for a few months now and I can confidently give some pros and cons... Pros - Never jammed - The app is easy to use and connects fine - Prints super fast - No need for ink! - Can print on circle labels, shipping labels, and other sizes/colors - Small and cute, with a nice pastel color Cons: - SOMETIMES takes a moment to start printing/connect to the computer wirelessly - Wont register the first label after you put in new sheets (will skip one, and print on the other) - Scratches some of the letters/design when spitting it out (RARELY) I still give this product 5 stars because despite the cons, it's still a really good product and only sometimes gives me an issue. Labels are relevantly cheap and problems can be fixed easily. I use this a few times a month from even 50+ times a day depending on what I'm doing. I haven't had a single issue with the quality of the labels after printing. BE SURE TO CHANGE THE SETTINGS ON THE APP! ... show more
