I use this printer for shipping labels. Prints 4x6 labels perfectly. Needs a little size customization within the printer settings for it to print perfect but it wasn't hard at all. Once I got the actual print area down, it prints USPS and UPS labels great. I haven't tried it with other services as those are the two main ones I use but I'm sure it will work just as good with them. I love the fact that its a thermal printer so I never have to worry about running out of ink. I'm an eBay seller of moderate volume and this fits my needs perfectly. The best thing about this item is not the printer itself but the excellent customer service. I LOVED how easy this printer made printing labels for my small business until I jammed it. Nelko tried to help me troubleshoot but ultimately sent me another one at no cost with a prepaid label for me to return the broken printer. I’ve seen a few reviews complaining about the printer breaking. I had mine for over 6 months before any issues and when I did Nelko was excellent at replacing the item. Highly recommend and really appreciate them replacing the item so fast. If you buy this and have an issue just reach out — they’ll help you very fast with any issues. I'm not getting compensated for this review. This is the best printer under $100 that I was able to find with automated cropping feature and I don't have to waste time trying to crop it which takes time and some apps don't make it easy especially for elderly folks. So easy to use and great quality prints and I use it primarily for shipping labels but used it to make labels for household items and works like a charm. The best thing about it is it doesn't mean any ink and will last forever if doesn't break. Makes my life so much easier for shipping and for the price I couldn't ask for a better more helpful product. Easy to use and easy to set up and takes up very little space and good use it with Bluetooth or hardwire and with a cell phone and laptop and PC but I use it with my cell phone and it takes seconds. I had concerns about buying from a printer from a "smaller" brand, but this is actually the most reliable printer I've ever used. I love how sometimes I'll start printing and I'll forget to plug in the USB cable, but the Windows driver is well coded and instantly starts printing as soon as it's reconnected. A lifesaver. Prints directly on peel and stick label. However, it's not that easy to install on older Macbooks if you have one. I have to use it on my phone.
