Just received the label printer a few days ago. The packaging was good, and it shipped fast. Is fairly small, approx 7" x 5" x 5" which is plenty of room for a 4x6 label.It gives the option of printing "drawings" stored internally, so I started with that. With this printer it suggests that you use their phone app which was free to get from the app store. When using the printer you are actually printing the image of the shipping label. Which really means nothing, just a different print button to press. The labels will feed themselves into the printer. Just line them up by eye, and push the label in the back or use the lever to open it and place it that way. The machine will move it in, and out to position it to the correct starting point. The printer works great, and after printing the first label the second label only took a few seconds. Would definitely buy again. Comes with a small stack of labels, 25 or 50. ... show more

I have been using this for about a month and absolute love it. I am able to print labels for Etsy customers or labels I purchase online. It connects Bluetooth to my computer and prints a label in about 2 seconds once it starts. If needed is easy to move around, and the quality of the print is very good. I sell clothes online part time as a hobby. Usually about 10 items a month or so. It felt like it wasn’t enough to justify purchasing a designated printer. I have an ink jet printer (works 20% of the time), I can use the QR code and have USPS print it out ( which involves driving, and long LONG wait times). My USPS has a self serve kiosk and after driving there two times in the past week to see their kiosk down and the line practically out the door. I caved and bought this printer. I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. There’s a bit of a learning curve but it’s not horrible. I had no issues saving my labels as files on my phone then printing.
