This suction cup mallet is fantastic. It is extremely versatile and offer so much variety of not only what you can mount, but how you mount it. There are so many infinite angles & positions that your device can be placed in. You can use this for a phone, and Insta camera, a GoPro, or any other device that you like to mount. It is strong enough to hold, regardless of the position that you desire. The section cab is also very strong, and I had no problems with mounting this in a vehicle and on a door. A very highly recommend this mount to meet just about any of your needs or desires.

Worked great for mounting my GoPro on our vacation to the rental. Made for a good portable dashcam, as well as recording the new sights. Setting the suction cup is pretty self explanatory, the hinge is a double ball head with a single locking screw in the middle. Very stable once locked and great to get the perfect angle against the windshield curve.

I thought this would be cool, but I think you might only want to use it for a small camera like a GoPro and not risk you phone, even though it comes with the phone clamp. If you're planning on putting this on your car on the outside, it feels a little jiggly. The suction is strong, but the bumpiness when driving really makes me paranoid to put my phone on there

Neewer has become a household name in high quality photographic accessories and this suction cup mount is no exception. I have dozens of their products and have never been disappointed. The all-metal design and unique push-button suction cup on this GoPro mount give me confidence that it will hold up in challenging environments. Once the double-ball-joint arm and individual ball head are tightened-down, it's hard to get anything to move (it's that tight), and as long as the surface you are sticking the suction cup to is perfectly smooth, flat and clean (like a car window), the 3¼" suction cup will hold your GoPro or action camera securely without the fear of it coming loose. The three ball heads allow you to position your action camera exactly where it's needed.

We use a couple of different action cameras when we're travelling for our YouTube Channel, Well Travelled Life. Neewer's suction cup mount for action cameras is a cut above some other suction cup mounts we've used. One major advantage is the Magic Arm clamp (which itself features two mini ball heads for a lot of positioning options). Neewer also includes another ball head that can attach via a ¼" screw to one of the magic clamp ball heads. A second advantage is the build quality which is typical of Neewer products. The load capacity of the suction cup mount is rated at 1.1 pounds in a moving environment or 4.4 pounds when stationary. That's enough for most of our in vehicle uses. Recommended.

Neewer markets a lot of good stuff. This suction cup mount is no exception. The 3.5 inch suction develops a lot of force to hold the mount in place on smooth surfaces like metal and glass. Maximum payload of the mount is 4.4 pounds for a stationary load and 1.1 pounds for a moving load. The vendor, very sensibly, recommends you attach a tether to your camera, especially if you mount it on the outside of a car. The Magic Arm with its total of three ball heads is an absolute delight. Almost six inches long in total, there are two ball heads on the main part of the Magic Arm and a third ball head at the end. This articulation makes it possible to get your camera or phone in precisely the position you want it. Compared to the typical cell phone holder, this is far more flexible. The Magic Arm is all metal. Out of the box, the arm ends with a ¼-20 tripod screw. But a cell phone holder capable of accepting phones up to 3.4 inches with is included. A standard 3-prong GoPro mount adapter is also included. The suction cup is actuated by a lever. This is a particularly great mount for getting your camera or smartphone on your window for vlogging because of its exceptional flexibility. Jerry
