I added a hexagon shaped emerald and pendant to the chain. My only issue was that part of the clasp was a bit too large to go through the finding easily, but I fixed the problem by flattening the part with pliers.

Bought this for our daughter for her birthday. She has allergies to non-precious metals, so based on the description they wrote for this chain I felt it was perfect: "QUALITY: Guaranteed .925 Sterling Silver. This is not the fake stuff that will irritate your skin or turn colors after a few weeks of wear! FINISH: Gold Flashed, high polish finish. Stamped with .925 to ensure Sterling Silver base." BALONEY. They state it is sterling silver, and nickel-free, but the rose gold finish wore off within the first month and my daughter had an allergic reaction. She would be the perfect tester for gold or silver being genuine because she breaks out every single time when it is not. We gave it to her for her birthday in May of 2020, and I saw it hanging with her other necklaces the other day. I realized I had not seen her wear it in a long time, so I asked her about it. She had not wanted to say anything about what had happened, so of course the time for a refund has passed.
