Couldn't be happier!! The bed is so comfortable and conforms to my body. Been getting much better night sleeps than before. I don't wake up with a sore back or neck anymore. I waited the full 72 hours to let it rise fully. It's amazing that I can have a cup full of liquid sitting on my bed and if I move, the cup stands still (just like temperpedic claims!). So no disturbing a partner in bed. I sleep extra hot, so it does keep me cooler than my last bed. I've also got cooling pillow cases and duvet.

The most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. The quality is incredible. Had it for over a month now, and my sleep scores are consistently better by a large margine. The forever warranty was one of the deciding factors for me to make the purchase. It is a significant price tag, but I consider it a long term investment. Worth the money spent.

I purchased the king size version of this mattress during Amazon two day prime event in October 2024. The first mattress never reached its full expansion size. The head of the mattress was at least two inches lower than the rest of mattress. The corners and side of mattress also never expanded properly. These defects were noticeable after leaving the mattress in place a full week after purchase. Needless to say I returned this item for a replacement. The pickup of this mattress was another nightmare. Amazon gave me a 9:00a- 12:00p window for pickup. The driver showed up at 10:00a and told me his truck was already full. He said he would return at the end of day to pickup mattress. He never showed up at all on my scheduled pickup day. I was livid. I waited at my house all day for a pickup that never happened. I called Amazon customer service to find out why my mattress was never picked up. They gave me no real explanation only another pickup day. The driver arrived on time and removed the mattress from upstairs bedroom. While bringing the mattress down my staircase the mattress caught my led rail lights installed on baseboard. They destroyed the lights. After calling Amazon customer Service they agreed to reimburse me for the lights. I thought that was fair, but I still had to reinstall the lights on my staircase. You might think after going through this experience with the first mattress why would anyone order a replacement. Shame on me I did. I requested a replacement instead of a full refund. All I really want to say about the replacement mattress is that it is worse than the first. Not only does it have similar problems with expansion it also sags in the middle and has zero edge support. My wife and I slept on it for two nights. I woke up with hip and shoulder pain. My wife said she had a horrible nights sleep on it. I am returning this mattress also. I have requested a full refund. I usually don't write to many reviews on Amazon. I make exceptions to this when product is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. From my experience with two Nectar mattresses this item definitely fits the exceptionally bad category. This mattress might be suitable for a giant dog bed, but not much use for humans. Absolutely the worst mattress I have ever slept on.

I've been using the Nectar Premier Queen 13" mattress for more than six months now, and it's been a great experience. I was in the market for a medium-firm mattress to replace my old one, which had served me well for over five years. I decided to go with Nectar because of its reputation, rather than taking a chance on a cheaper, unfamiliar brand. The sleep quality has been impressive. The firmness is just right—not too plush, but still comfortable enough to support both back and side sleeping positions. Since switching to this mattress, I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep, and I haven't encountered any issues so far. One thing to note is that the mattress is a bit pricey, but it's still more affordable than other premium brands. The price is justified by the quality and comfort it offers. I opted for Amazon’s unpacking and setup service, which was my first time using this feature, and it was worth it. I’ll definitely consider using it again in the future. I was nervous getting the white glove delivery since it wasn’t clear to me who was actually going to be doing it - is it Amazon employees? is it contracted out? would it just be a couple of guys pulling up in an unmarked panel van??? Turns out I was concerned over nothing. The guys showed up in a big Amazon truck (with uniforms on), called me when they were on their way and we’re very helpful/efficient. I asked the delivery guy what happens if I need to return the mattress - he said just to leave it right where it is and they’d come get it. Music to my ears! (Also just fyi after reading the reviews here I really wanted to order directly from the company but their white glove delivery fee was over double Amazon’s!) Now about the mattress…when he unwrapped it, it expanded to 95% of its full size in a minute or two. I waited a full 48 hrs before sleeping on it but I did lay on it a few times and it felt waaaaaay too soft. After 48 hrs though I made the bed and slept on it, it felt fine. Also, there is a smell and it did smell for the first day or two.
