I've had this mattress since early 2022. I absolutely love it. This mattress has far exceeded my expectations in comfort and longevity. To this day the bed bounces back as soon as I get up. I sit on the edge A LOT and it hasn't created an indentation, to my amazement. For reference I'm 5'8" and currently 200 lbs. I bought this when I was at a heavier weight, about 240 and it was just as comfortable and reliable then. If I ever have to buy another mattress, it'll be this exact one. It's on the firm side but not ridiculously firm. You don't sink into the bed, either, which I used to hate about my previous medium-firm mattress. It really is the perfect affordable mattress. Especially if you're like me..disabled, on a tight budget and dealing with various medical conditions that affect quality sleep. 1I keep it in a mattress encasement to prevent dust & mold spores because of living in a high humidity area. The only "negative" I've experienced is when changing the sheets, I've noticed threads from the diamond pattern coming loose. This isn't a big deal to me at all, but worth mentioning.

So. I have been the owner of three beds of this type — all purchased from Amazon over the years. That being said, I can assure you that for your best “bed in a box” experience it would be in your best interest to follow all of the recommendations given to you by the manufacturer. In my case, I followed all of the instructions to the “ T “ and I got less than satisfactory results. It happens. But I couldn’t in good conscience not share my experience. I reached out to the company to see what could be done so that I might return to a good night’s sleep. They were more than supportive! After engaging in some “troubleshooting” we decided the best course of action— in my case —was to simply refund my monies. So, rest assured. If you do happen to get a “lumpy” and “bumpy” bed, they will make it right! Great Company!!!

I did my research on mattresses in a box before deciding on this one, and I will admit I was still hesitant about moving forward with the purchase because I've never bought one of these before. I chose this mattress due to the hybrid construction and the 100 night guarantee, and the reviews seemed really solid. I purchased the 10 inch twin size. It arrived on time, was easy to get into the house and a breeze to open. Immediately upon opening the plastic wrap and unrolling it, the mattress starting inflating in size. Within 10 minutes, it was already at 10 inches, so I was pleasantly surprised. It is easy to move, at least in the twin size, so it can be put on a foundation and taken off easily. The top cover is very nice and overall, the construction is solid. It is a medium firm mattress, so if you're looking for a soft mattress, this isn't it. Of course, all mattresses require a breaking in time, so I expect in a few months, this mattress will be a lot softer. I actually bought a 2 inch memory form topper for it for extra cushion and that helped immensely with the comfort level until at least I have it broken in more. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase, especially for the price, easy of set up and quality. It remains to be seen how this mattress will perform over time, but so far, I really like it. There are so many mattresses in a box out there to choose from and it can be overwhelming. If you'd looking for an good, solid mattress on a bit on the firmer side for a good price, this is it. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Bought this mattress back in Oct 2023, when my dad had to come and stay because he was recovering from an emergency hospital stay… Lo and behold he loved the mattress and the bed frame (was bought separately here on Amazon) enjoyed the cooling double sided bamboo pillows also….Said that it’s the most comfortable nights sleeps he’s had in years… he especially enjoyed that the mattress height and frame height. He said he didn’t feel the need to try and turn every couple of hours to get comfortable because he was… He said it is amazing that this little purchase made such an amazing difference in his recovery… THANK YOU !!! Now everyone else who has stayed by my home has enjoyed this mattress and bed frame and the pillows (bamboo cooling pillows): well everyone that has been here have thoroughly enjoyed appreciated the comfort and style and tell me I should open a B & B and have asked for the links for these items… and I have gladly given it… Best purchases I ever made. Thanks to the company and Amazon… I may still open a B & B…😀😀😀
