I am so pleased with this purchase. I am usually a very hot sleeper, and I just moved southwest and wanted to make sure that I had a bed with a cooling feature. So far, I have been sleeping perfectly, and the bed is cooling. It was difficult for me to find a truly FIRM mattress. Everything that is "bed in a box" seems to be more medium firm and not firm-firm. I have so much back and neck pain that I need an actual, true, firm bed. Yes, when I am sitting on my bed for a period of time, there will be an indent for a few seconds once I get up. For the price, this is one of the nicest quality beds that I have slept on. Totally worth the money. I do recommend this bed at the 12" height! The bed inflated to size overnight with zero weird smells. I would buy this again. ... show more

Decent mattress at first but after 2.5 years we're already considering replacing it. It's a bit too soft and tends to sink in quite a bit after laying in it throughout the night. There tends to be a decent hump in the middle.
