Well built, it took a charge and was able supply a charge to my phone and two tablets without dropping more than 1 bar. The Phone was at 26%, the old Apple tablet was at 2%, and the Samsung was at 12%. The USB output will stay on even with a low drain load connected, it did not shut off automatically when I used it to charge a small rechargeable lantern that only draws about 100mA on a USB port when charging. A lot of other battery banks will turn off when trying to charge that lantern. I haven't had to try out the Jump Start feature yet, the car batteries are holding a charge and it has not been nice enough out to ride the motorcycles yet. The jumper cables look well made, but are a bit short. They are long enough to work if you can get to both battery terminals at the same time, or if the ground stud on your car is within about 2 feet from the positive terminal of the battery. On my Ford Focus, the negative ground stud is about 16 inches away from the positive terminal, and this jump starter will easily reach both of them. The negative terminal on the battery is hidden under a cover and not directly reachable. The connector on the jump starter for the boost cables is the same as used on some high performance RC cars. This style connector holds up well to repeated connect/disconnect cycles in the RC cars, multiple times per day. It will hold up well to an occasional connection to boost a car battery. The battery clamps on the boost cables are well made, they have good spring tension but are not so tight that they are hard to open. The copper jaws inside the clamps are made from thick copper and have good teeth on them. The power cable is directly connected to the jaws, with a thick jumper from one side to the other. The ports on the box for power in, and boost and USB out have attached covers that prevent dust and dirt from entering. The flashlight feature is nice and bright, it also has a red LED as well, this red LED has a constant on and a slow blink mode for a warning light. This looks like a good product to keep in your car for those emergency situations that may come up. You can jump your car, charge your phone, and have a light to change a tire or warn other drivers of a hazard.

I purchased two of these, one for my car and one for my wife’s car. When we received them, one was defective it would not work at all. I did not break it or change my mind. They sent me a defective product. I contacted Customer Service and they told me to send it back and they would replace it. However, they said their process was that I had to pay for shipping to return it before I could get them to send me one that worked. In other words, they sent me something that did not work and I had to pay $23.03 to ship it back before they would ship me one that actually worked. I went back-and-forth numerous times with Customer Service through email and every time they told me their process was they would not pay the shipping cost for me to return the defective product that they sent me. So again, I had to pay an additional $23.03 to get the product I originally ordered. I would think twice about purchasing anything from this company.

I like this jump starter. All the sockets where you plug things into have covers that are easy to open and close. That’s not always the case in my experience. The controls are straight forward. On another jump starter I have, I have to scratch my head some to re-figure out how to operate it. Hooked it up to the truck I keep it with just to be sure the cables were long enough to go where they need to go. They do. For grins, I turned it on and started the car with it hooked up. That doesn’t really prove anything, I think, except that it did no harm and it itself wasn’t harmed after the engine started. I don’t have a load tester and don’t want to disconnect the truck’s battery to test this unit out. A picture on this page says it’ll start a gas engine up to 6.0L. My truck is 5.3L, and generally speaking, a 1,000A peak jump starter should have no trouble starting it. Though in very cold weather it might struggle, but I think their 6.0L rating gives me enough headroom to cover very cold weather. Comes with a soft fabric cinchable bag for storage. The cables are separate from the main unit and it’s nice to have the bag to keep them together (along with a USB charging cable). Everything seems well made and of quality materials. The only thing I would do different on this is the power switch for the light. All 3 switches on the unit require just a soft push to actuate. Most of the switch is a bit recessed from the case, but not all of it (the perimeter), and it’s not all that much recessed. Being that it’s in a soft bag, tucked away in a storage area with other items, something could get jostled on a bumpy road or whatever and poke the light switch on and drain the battery. There should be a lockout for the light. I don’t want the darn light anyway.

It's a good light duty car charger when compared to 1500 and above models. Layout is nice and buttons are clearly marked. Light is bright and cycles to red and red flashing. The jumper cables are short. That's my main complaint. Just makes it harder sometimes on certain vehicle batteries to jump them. And the carrying bag is a bit thin. Use USB C charger which these days - are easy to find. ( doesn't come with charger).

Smaller than expected with great build quality. There are some pros and cons. Pros: Very small and compact, very well finished with excellent build quality, simple use, multiple use as battery pack for USB devices and car jumping (more on that), built in light and emergency flash. Cons: Not large enough in capacity for large vehicle (sedans, SUVs). It is a good value for the money, and will give you very good functionality, but do not expect to be a power house. Like all devices, they boast numbers that are simply not true in real life. This model is good for according to the pictorial description of the box, small cars and recreational small vehicles (quads?). You might get 25 jumps, according to the box, in a small motorcycle engine, maybe. You might get the advertised 1000A jump... (for 2 milliseconds ?) You might get the 24 Wh power... but not at 12 V. It is shown as 24420 mWh battery with no voltage rating. So it is most likely a rating at 3.7 V of the lithium battery. Which should translate to 6.6 Amps... which is spectacular for such small device. It will certainly charge your phone several times over. It is most likely 2.0 Amps at 12V without any loses... which is great for such light weight. Starting a car several times.... well... It also has a great flash light feature alternating between bright white, red or flashing red. I wish it had an adapter cable for car lighter so you can inflate mattresses, tires and so forth while camping. It is not USB-C quick charge compatible. It would not charge at all... yet a regular 2.4 Amp USB-C charger worked great charging overnight. If you know the limitations, it is a great product for extra power with compact electronics, and maybe an occasional jump., just don't expect to jump a diesel truck with it.

I ordered this for my kids who are fairly new to driving. 4 requirements to driving independently.. must be able to pump gas, check/change oil, change a flat tire and jump start a dead battery. This is a good quality jump-starter. Has come in handy quite a few times already. I bring inside once a month to fully charge it over night. Otherwise, it stays in the car and still has charge left when it's needed. Easy to use, which is important for my young drivers. Comes in a storage bag. Functions as you'd expect. Typical price.

I’m a long haul trucker, so my personal vehicle sits at my truck yard while I’m on the road, I invariably come back to a dead or drained battery so this was supposed to be my quick start insurance jumper. I just got back and tried to use it to jump my pick up, it failed miserably. It was fully charged and it wouldn’t even turn the truck over, so I was back to using jumper cables the truck fired right up. Not sure if this was just an anomaly but I can’t recommend this product.
