I assembled the bike within the 30-day refund period. All seemed ok. Unfortunately, I tried to ride it after the refund period. When I started riding it the handlebars loosened. Vendor didn’t respond until I complained directly with Amazon. Once vendor responded we have been in touch, but communication is slow because of time difference and language miscommunication. It can take 2-3 emails. Vendor finally sent replacement part, but sent the wrong part. It took two emails to explain the problem. Three days later, I’m waiting for an answer about when they are going to send the correct replacement part. ... show more
