This product came well packaged and was prompt in delivery. Upon opening the package, my olfactory senses were assaulted with a burnt odor. The taste ranges between wet ashes to burnt tire sludge. I tried using it for about a week but can't get past the smell or taste. I will never buy this brand of shilajit again.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the taste. I switched to pills for about a month and started getting super tired. Switched back to this and immediately had more energy and my girlfriend said she could feel the difference (which I could see) worth the taste!

I'm not one to write reviews but I've only been taking this for 2 weeks and I can hands down say that I see a difference. It's amazing! I work 12 hours rotating schedule and would be dragging by the end of my shift. I never felt like I got enough rest. But since I've started taking this shilajit I have energy that I haven't had since before I had my kids!! It's not just the energy, no brain fog either. I feel so much better, I've even had energy to be working out again. And I've been able to tackle projects around the house I've been wanting to do for months. I just reordered so I don't run out. I highly recommend this product.
