Super excited today to finally get my parents TV off the ground. Opened the boxes like it's Christmas only to notice one of the panel corners is broken. No big deal. I really did not want to pack everything up in the Tetris formation and make a trip to UPS to return it. And then another and another. 3 panels had broken corners. I thought maybe if it was hidden enough, it would be alright. So I continue building it. And though I love the snarky comedic instructions, I think they probably spent more time on that than the QA of the actual product. I'm stuck at step 1, because I can't find panel 4. I do, however, have two of panel 3. Maybe it was just a labeling mistake. They both look similar enough, except they are not. Had I finished building it, I would get to step 7 and find out that 3 and 4 are in fact not interchangeable. So there we are. I couldn't test it to tell if it was sturdy. The material wasn't great, but not far off from what I expected at this price point. It's laminate over pulp wood. Similar to what you would break in a karate class if they wanted to boost your ego. So now, it looks like I get the pleasure of trying to reassemble the whole thing into the tight box that obviously wasn't protecting the product well enough and having to lug this thing to return it. And then back to Square 1. Honestly, really didn't want to deal with the return. There are way more pressing things to worry about right now. I'm also lucky enough to have some time on my hand to spend 5 minutes on this review. To the manufacturer, please QA before sending out. To the distributor, please don't send out dented boxes. ... show more

Honestly had a great time setting this up. The instructions were hilarious and it was honestly super easy to assemble, I even did it stoned. Took me around 45 mins in total. Usually hate setting up furniture but the instructions really made it quite entertaining. For veneer it’s not too bad. There are a few dings and scratches but that’s Bezos fault and not the company. With as much money as he makes you would think that he could figure out how to ship furniture properly but I guess he’s too busy being a turtle and getting lost in his pipe dream of space travel when we all know Elon is light years ahead of Bezos and Bezos should focus on making sure Chinese manufacturers stop dominating his marketplace and running out small US businesses with their terrible quality products. So cute! I love it! It took like 3 hours to put together by myself. The instructions weren’t too clear but weren’t as bad as some of the other reviews say. I would highly recommend this tv stand. It looks expensive and sleek once put together.

So overall I’m very happy with the TV stand. It fits my 48” flat screen surprisingly well and the design is beautiful just like what I had imagined. The only downside for me were the obnoxious instructions. I appreciate the light hearted jokes but I felt like it took too much focus off the actual assemblage. You’re pretty much just following the pictures which can get confusing without written directions. It took me 4 hours to build by myself instead of the 40 minute quote they put in the guide. ... show more

Product arrived on time. Was somewhat challenging to assemble due to the rather vague instructions. The design and quality of the item is nice fir this price point. However, we needed to return this because it won’t suit our needs. We had been looking to use it to hold vinyl records, but the shelves aren’t tall enough to fit them. More detailed specs on the product page would have been helpful in knowing this in advance. If you’re looking to use this as a tv stand or general credenza, though, I’d still recommend the product. ... show more

This is a nice looking piece of furniture. Pretty sturdy and the finish is nice. The directions are awful. It estimates 45 minutes to put together, it actually took 2 people about 3 hours to finish. There are no written instructions, only diagrams that are too busy with little numbered labels for you to actually see what you're supposed to be doing. No clear marking on which piece is which, so there was a lot of guessing. At the end, the neck of our screwdriver was actually too thick to screw the apron on, so we had to go find a different skinnier screwdriver. All in all, if you have the patience to put together this entertainment center, it's not a bad deal. It's pretty small, I'd like to see this same model in a larger size. But jeebus is it hard to put together. ... show more

The other complaints about horrible directions are valid. I just moved and have put together a ton of pieces recently. This only offered pictures and lots of arrows. Sometimes each step has multiple steps within it and if you didn’t do it in a certain order- you had to start the whole step over again. Again, you can’t tell until after because there are no written words. I also couldn’t always tell which side needed to be face up and couldn’t tel which way the magnets needed to face. I spent 15 minutes trying to wonder why the holes on step two didn’t line up... until I realized maybe it was facing the wrong way. The directions said 45 minutes. It took me 3 hours, 2 trips to the store, and one meltdown. You do need a long screwdriver or else you won’t be able to screw in the legs. I have a big tv on if, that is less than 200 lbs. it looks like it will hold, but I am a little worried. Other than that, the price was amazing and it is a super cute design. ... show more

Took two hours to assemble. The directions are awful. Instead of telling you what to do, they make jokes and show you crappy diagrams. The panel for the back (piece 5) isn’t listed in the directions at all. I did a double check, and it’s not listed at all, so I had my finished piece without a back panel. I had to force the piece in which resulted in it breaking some. Also, the Allen wrench that comes with it for some reason has two L shaped ends making it impossible to screw in the legs without having to stop, remove the wrench, rotate, and re-screw every turn.
