Wow, this is an Amazing Product. It was Easy to set up. The bubble jets are as strong as from a large Hot Tub. We set the heat at 103 and after opening the top and enjoying the Nice Hot Water, with temps 42 outside, we are able to enjoy the soak for a couple of hours before it cools down to 100. Sadly the cost of heating was high. We are hoping that in the summer when the weather is hot, we will be able to enjoy without it having to keep running the heater. Great product and so well made!!! If you have solar and can afford to use this in the winter, you will LOVE it. We are going to drain ours now until the weather warms up in the Spring. Inferior quality. Unit malfunctioned after 6 weeks. Intex trying to put this on the customer stating electrical outlet malfunction at house. Very disgruntled and unhappy having spend $500 on crap. Sad how companies do not offer warranty and maoe the customer proove product is malfunctioning. I would Like to send this back asap and get a refund ... show more

    • Good spa for the money!
This is the second one I have owned. First one lasted 2 1/2 years before the pump insides started to flake off and come out of the water jet. That said, I got my moneys worth, so I gave it another buy. Bad part is, the pump failed 1 1/2 months after install for the second one. Contacted Intex support and in less then a day, I have a new pump on the way. So far I enjoy this one and am not phased by the issue. I have recommended this one to other and they have had a great time with theres and no issues. ... show more

Easy to setup and pretty comfortable it is once the water warms up. The bubble mat that comes with it does help, have mine on a deck and the mat help make it feel softer.

Have had for about a month now and have used it just about everyday. Read some of the other reviews and might have answers for you. Review saying leaks by jets.. have had no issue and plastic feels extremely strong. Also I noticed this is a newer version than others listed as same model. This unit has a more compact pump with cupholders. For the folks saying they have a leak and can't find it.. keep in mind that it will lose firmness due to the temp outside. I don't have a leak but will inflate mine before use just to have it as firm as possible. My only panic I had was due to an error I got one night while using saying air flow was blocked. Google error code and read that it's the most common error and the sensors are extremely sensitive to the filters being clean. Read a hack that someone mentioned to have an extra set of filters and swap them out before every use. Since I started doing that haven't had any errors. So far everything has been great! I'll update if that changes. ... show more

Unit works nicely, no complaint there.....but: Have to add air to the unit every few days, not looking forward to having to return this if it gets worse. The "C" filter port is useless, there is no water draw there, filter by the outlet is plugged up and the filter at the "C" port is still brand new. With the slow leak, and the return water issue....this unit is not as good as the original entry level Intex spa we used to have, sorry to say. ... show more

I have been using intex hot tubs since the first came out and have owned 4 different models. This by far is the worst. I do like the smaller footprint for the heater/ jet motor but the tub itself as not as thick or sturdy. It simply is not very firm so water gets out as you climb in and out. Max line is too close to top. Overall sturdiness of tub has gone way way down!! ... show more
