Quality of workmanship goes pass what you can see. I'm not sure how long the edges will hold under the seat where the material is stapled. (View pictures) Wasn't a very neat or properly tucked before stapling.

The customer service was excellent. They sent me a new stool. and told me to keep the other one, and then they sent me a nice box of chocolates for my pain. I thought that was a special touch. I purchased the gray/dark brown bar height stools and they look great and more expensive than they were. Since they are brand new, I am not sure how sturdy they will be in the long run, but they are not wobbly. They come with pads for the bottom of the legs so they don’t scrape the floor. The only reason I took off one star is because the color doesn’t match the stock photo as much as I would expect. The cushion is more of a “greige” instead of gray, and I wouldn’t consider the legs dark brown. Overall great purchase. ... show more

We have been looking for the saddle style bar stools and finally stumbled across these. Was iffy about purchasing from Amazon because we couldn’t see them. I ordered only one just to see then fell in love and ordered the other two immediately after seeing it put together. Hubby didn’t complain with putting them together so easy assembly. First I ordered a 30" size and didn't have enough leg room I returned and reordered 24". Perfect. Your measurements should include from top of cushion to where leg ends. Love these for my small snack bar.
