They definitely work for keeping the charms from sliding back and fourth on the bracelet. They were just hard for me to put on cause they are so small. But if you take the rubber piece out first then put the spacer where you want it and put the rubber back in the spacer then it's easier to work with

Perfect fix for my Pandora heart bracelet that does not have a screw on end like the one beside it in my picture. It shook in with this bead end down and the beads did not come off. It’s just what I needed to avoid hunting for scattered beads when I take it off lol.
