Solidly built grill, came almost entirely assembled. Very, very heavy, so make sure you have a friend or two to help get it where you need it. Wheels do well enough to get you around, but the best part about this grill is how well it cooks. I've cooked a few steaks, roasts, vegetables (flat top add-on via BBQ Guys) and everything I've thrown at it has cooked well, evenly, and better than any grill I've used before. We cooked a standing rib roast via the rotisserie this past weekend, and WOW!!!!! I'm not sure I'm going to be able to cook it any other way going forward. It was perfect! Some of my favorite features include the interior lights for seeing food at night (or dark, cloudy days), the lit up knobs (red when on), the cooler feature for keeping marinades and beer cold, the bottle opener inside the door panel, the soft closing doors, and the meat temperature guide located on the interior side of the cooler lid. There's so many cool features, I can't name them all; however, having wavy grill marks tops the fun and cool list for me. Overall, the quality is superior, as is the performance. It is gorgeous and your neighbors will see it a mile away. If you are hesitant to pull the trigger on this Napoleon, let me put you at further ease... Presidential Lifetime Warranty... Not a FULL lifetime warranty, but it does cover some of the major components for life. After having my last grill rot out from the inside, I wanted a company who stood by their products... I'm happy to say, Napoleon has given me that assurance. NOTE: One thing to mention, be careful when putting in propane. The shelf slides out, but you need to pull the button to release the stand. I didn't realize it had a button and accidentally broke the plastic casing. It still works, but it's an easy thing to miss and a little annoying when everything else looks so perfect. ... show more

I've been using webers for a long time, when my old Genesis hit 10 years I decided it needed to be replaced. After much debate, I chose to go with the Napoleon. I just cooked for 60 on it and it handled it no problem. I also just used the rotisserie which worked great. I've done everything from ribs, burgers, steaks, dogs, brats, whole chickens, etc in it within the first few weeks. This thing is legit. It is as impressive to look at as it is to cook on. A serious head turner on the deck. Is it worth it? That's hard to justify... This is definitely a splurge, but if you do go for it you won't be disappointed. My only two complaints 1). How in the world does it not come with a cover at this price point? 2). There is no convenient place to store the rotisserie bar when not in use. I added some retaining clips to the back of my grill so I can store it behind the lid. Would be nice if there was something from the factory here. ... show more

WOW, Grill was arrived before expected delivery date. I must say that I was very impressed with the attention to packaging, well thought out and the grill arrived safe and was easy to unpack. Having owned a Weber GENESIS SILVER B for the last 20 years, some would consider me a Weber guy. Unfortunately after reading several reviews about the new Weber's rusting, I had reservations, so after much consideration and research I decided on the Napoleon PRO 665 RSIB. This grill has exceeded all expectations. Not fond of the rotisserie's location, but for how much I plan on using that feature, I am good with it. Just love the lights as they are kind of "showy". Remember the one who stands in front of this grill, is as close to a KING as one can get. ... show more

If you’re looking for a BBQ that does it all then look no further. We love this new BBQ. We smoke, sear, BBQ, rotisserie and entertain w the light show. Never a guess if the burners on or off. I look for the RED lit dial. Love the soft close doors. Great BBQ for the money.

This beast is amazing. Has all the features of the competitors. I have have multiple Webers from the Genesis ll the Summit and nome have matched the beast that I have purchased. Upon arrival, the box was mangled. As I anticipated, I removed the box and the rear panel was smashed in. Now the question is, do I accept this damaged $3,500 grill or do I go through all of the hassle of sending it back and waiting for another one. Disappointed.

The BBQ is amazing, but the assembly took three people over 4 hours. The assembly instructions are horrible. Even after that, it took us another day to figure out how to turn on the lights. The videos online do not help! Then the Rotisserie motor just made noise and did not turn. I tried to contact Napoleon by email and phone with no response. After several days and complaining to Amazon, I have not heard how I can get the motor replaced. ... show more

Love, love, love my new grill. We had been researching grills since our Weber died last summer, when we stumbled across the Napoleon. The reviews were few, but good, and the features are what sold us on this bad boy! It is a beast! we have done rotisserie chicken, fish and vegetables in the one month since it was delivered. It is much wider than the Weber because the side burner and side storage are huge. The illuminated knobs make it look expensive (which it is.... you get what you pay for) and aesthetically pleasing, and for an added touch the word Napoleon is projected onto the deck floor. Big Baller!!. Lol!! I know it's going to be the center of attention at our next BBQ come summer. I highly recommend. ... show more
