Seems like a good quality grill and was fairly easy to assemble, however assembly instructions are pictures only, no verbiage. Also, would be nice to tell you to skip certain steps and some parts will be left over if you are doing natural gas vs propane. Only complaint are the cheap plastic two door handles and two side handles. You would think for $1,800 it would have good stainless steel door handles and side handles. ... show more

After 18 days and 2600 later I await an inspection for the piece of garbage unusable for a refund. I had to hire people to lift it to its location, and get bro to ship it back. No compensation for that.

Got one of these in a raffle from my kids school, I was really impressed with the quality and liked that it isn’t “made in China” I noticed it is a Canadian company and liked that it is Made in Canada. The quality and appearance is amazing. One of my favorite features is the side infrared sear burner and color changing lights. That was important to me as I have small children who like to touch things and turn knobs. I can always see if someone has turned my knob as it lights up and I know gas is flowing and it also helps keep me from forgetting that I might have left it on after cooking.
