I have tried six different hearing aids since July 2022, including three different Hionecs, and one $1000 "famous brand". None of them fully fixed my hearing. This Hionec REALLY WORKS for me. After a week, I am wearing them all day with no issues. Their only adjustment is a small screw for volume, and once you get it where you need it, you never need to touch it, from quiet one-on-one talks to loud parties. Super convenient! The rechargeable batteries are very long lasting, and the small portable case is great. All good. Be aware, they are not rated waterproof, and they do not stream music or calls from your phone. When Hionec adds those features, I will gladly buy the next version. So, two big points: 1. THESE REALLY WORK FOR HEARING. They are really better for me that the new $1000 aids I tried. 2. (a big surprise) HIONEC USA CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. I mean 5 stars. They answer the phone right away, they are well trained, and they are able to resolve problems immediately. I had one Hionec aid that developed a problem syncing with my phone (not this model), and Hionec sent a replacement right away. I like this aid so much that I have now bought a second set as backup! Give them a try.

The right hearing no longer charges after 2.5 month, or right after the 50 day refund time period. They never fit my ears and the ringing does go away after a few weeks as the charge diminishes.

they are quite large, maybe I missed the size selection tab when ordering, once I Put the rubber 'protector cup thing' in place doesn't fit well in my ear. Oh and it squels easily, and it is load enough for others to hear the squel. if you put the volume real low, like off low it won't but then I can't hear with them.

These are excellent. Far better than my Miracle Ear hearing aids which I paid $5,800 for. BUT, if you're like me, you will have to clean the wax guards regularly. That involves removing them with the supplied tool and using a safety pin. Five wax guards are included in addition to those on the hearing aids. SO--if you have the patience, dexterity and close-up eyesight to do that, these are excellent and you need to look no further. As a matter of fact, cleanable wax guards are one of the best features of these. The noise cancelling is excellent. They are comfortable. The volume control is better than rollers which can be accidentally changed. Four stars because directions do not speak of the cleanable nature of the wax guards. Do not stick the safety pin into the hearing aid itself because that will destroy the little speakers inside.

The media could not be loaded. These hearing aids are great for anyone who needs help in the hearing department. My husband doesn’t hear well due to being around loud engines his whole life. He doesn’t wear these all the time but loves to wear them for when we are watching movies or when family comes to visit. This helps us from having to yell when we talk to him and also not having to turn up the television to the point of it blowing the rest of everyone else away. These fit comfortably and are inconspicuous as they have a skin tone color. They are very lightweight and recharge quickly. The case fits right in his pocket so he can charge them as needed and also keep them well protected. Very pleased with their performance.

Hionec Rechargeable Hearing Aids for Seniors Adults with Noise Cancelling, Digital Hearing Amplifier Comfortable Wear, Magnetic Contact Charging Box. Visit the Hionec Store Not easy to use. I was hoping for a better hearing aid. This hearing aid is difficult to put into your ear, and a nightmare to remove it from your ear without using a spoon. It needs something for the patient to hold onto. Also, the volume knob is too small and difficult to operate. I will have to keep looking for one that has a better design. This is my first pair of hearing aids and I am very impressed with them. I have been able to hear sounds that I haven't heard in years. I have had these hearing aids on for a week now and they have stayed in my ears perfectly all day. The sound is nice and clear. The rechargeable case comes in handy when sleeping and the cleaning kit it comes with makes it very easy to keep them in tip top shape. I would thoroughly recommend these headphones to anyone because of their very reasonable price and the quality of the product.

I used the hearing aids a couple times,and wasn't impressed with the fit..Now they won't work at all, Seems like the batteries died.. WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN !!!!!! Save your money,,much cheaper ones offered on Amazon !!!!
