⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My MZK printer shipped very quickly and arrived a week ahead of schedule and very Neatly packaged. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Installation of software was user friendly. I hit a snag when I couldn’t understand the language as it was not in English and so i reached out to their after sale tech support. Their techs were very helpful and quick to assist. I couldnt link the software from laptop to the printer and with Jeremy’s help setting up our printer, did some troubleshooting and set up our maintenance schedule for the printer. Really HELPFUL and knowledgeable. He gave us some information on maintenance and tips to keep our machine working properly. He remotely did a print out and the quality was fantastic!
