Adding a three-inch mattress topper to our bed brought the depth to a bit less than 18 inches, which made our existing fitted sheet much too small. We needed new sheets, so we tried both cotton and microfiber sheet sets that promised to fit an 18-inch mattress. Neither fitted sheet covered the entire mattress. Multiple companies on Amazon sell microfiber sheets for 18-24” mattresses, and we bought a full set of sheets from one company. From another company we got an additional fitted sheet to use with our old flat cotton sheet. The microfiber sheets are easy to clean and look nice, but they are hot in the summer. They are also full of static and do not slide easily. It is very hard to pull up the top sheet, while dragging across any other fabric. To rearrange the sheet it is easiest to lift it up and move to the new location. Making the bed after sleeping in it is easy with microfiber sheets, because they don’t move overnight. Of course, this means you can’t move the covers to a comfortable position. After living with one full microfiber sheet set and one half-cotton (old top sheet) and half microfiber (new fitted sheet) for a number of months, we decided it was time to get more cotton for our bed. The extra deep pocket (18”-24”), 400 thread count cotton fitted king sheet from CGK Unlimited was on sale on Amazon. The sheet was not available in navy blue to match our existing sheets, so we purchased the dark gray. The sheet is deep enough to easily cover the mattress and topper. It has only been washed twice, so there is no way to know how much shrinkage there might be in a year or two. The fabric is soft and cool to the touch. Our existing cotton flat sheet slides easily across this new fitted sheet. With the cooler weather, we might appreciate the warmth of the microfiber sheets, but when it is warm in the room, it is very nice to be surrounded by soft, cool cotton sheets. Even though the color doesn’t match our old sheets, this new fitted sheet was a worthwhile purchase.

It Fits My Queen Sized Double-Top Feather Bed! (Feather topper I have is 3-4 inches thick and my mattress is 12-1/2 - 13 inches thick. The company I purchased my feather bed from offers sheets too, but if you want more color options and deeper pockets like I did, CGK Unlimited is a good choice.) It tucks around the feather topper and mattress with several inches of extra room underneath the mattress, yet the CGK Unlimited fitted sheet stays in place; at the same time it doesn't crush the feather topper allowing the nice 'ploof' feeling when getting back into bed! Love that these fitted sheets have super deep pockets. They are comfortable and wash well. The price is great. I've bought 9 of them for our household already, they hold up well. I only wish they would offer them in a beachy color like a pale aquamarine.

I had really high hopes for these sheets. I was looking for a smooth, cool-feeling cotton sheet. Pros: They fit my 15" high mattress with no problem. They stay on the bed. The color is beautiful. Cons: They are scratchy, even after 2 washes. They are hot to sleep in. They are pilling after 2 washes. Unfortunately, I can't recommend these sheets.

The price was reasonable, the sheets themselves are comfortable, been washed a few times already and we have no complaints. We are quite happy with these. We shopped a lot looking for sheets that were deep enough for our mattress, hopefully soft enough, and not terribly wrinkly. These satisfy all of our criteria. Would give a 5/5, but don't give out 5's very often.
