I run a small printing shop and I wanted to test out their new printer to improve our production. But since receiving it, I spent more time with technical support to get the printer working. At the end they determined that the printhead is clogged and the pump is malfunctioning. The printhead is under warranty but the pump is not, hence, I have to pay $60 for something that broke down within a month. The free printhead offer for the printer is deceptive: Only the tech support team can determine whether you'll get a printhead, after hours of troubleshooting sessions with multiple techs. I suspected my unit was a used unit because the test print-out showed 9000+ documents had been printed with that printer. Which customer support said was part of the automated testing; regardless 9000+ documents is a lot of wear and tear on a new printer. My suspicions were validated when I heard a ear-piercing shriek the other day, while running a head-cleaning. Turned out some broken pieces got its way between the shaft and sprockets: Checkout the images below. Stay clear from this printer: You'll be down $2000, wasted time spent with tech support, wasted ink and paper trying to troubleshoot this thing.

I bought this printer sometime back in November of 2026 but wanted to have time to use it and give an honest review. I upgraded me printer from a F8 A4 Printer to the K13 Lite printer and was excited about some of the new features it offered. I have been using it now for 2 months and have to say I am 50/50 on this machine. This is suppose to be a machine for beginners and it can be overwhelming at times. It does have an automatic primer for the ink lines and that nice. But you still need to remove the dampers and fill them with ink. Its does have a mixer that will stir the white ink and that is a plus for me, the LED light strip on the inside if very bright and helps. Light really helps when cleaning the machine. Please note this is a machine that you need to print something on everyday, not matter what. The most recent issue and seems to be and ongoing issue, I keep getting alternating red lights and the only way to fix it is to call procolored tech support. This seems to happen at least once a month and is now becoming a big frustration. Tech support is really helpful and friendly, but it's aggravating dealing with this. My recent encounter with the red lights turned into me needing a new print head, get in mind this printer is just 3 months old!! Its was cover under warranty, so that was a plus. Also note you can only use Procolored ink, any other ink will void the warranty. When printing is does print really nicely and comes on with vibrant colors. The soft ware it comes with is pretty easy to use and not hard to figure out. I suggest doing more research before purchasing this printer. Look at maintenance videos, care videos, and overall reviews of the machine it self. Hope this helps people out some before purchasing.

yo tuve un problema con 2 luces que parpadeaban y los de procolored suporte tecnico me ayudaron especialmente un ingeniero llamado Ethan muy satisfecho con el servicio, el ingeniero Ethan me ayudo mucho y me gusto que es muy paciente ya que yo no soy muy experto en la tegnologia, y el esta muy preparado y muy capacitado.muy satisfecho gracias porque algo que para mi era un imposible el ingeniero Ethan lo hiso muy facil. yo les recomiendo que si llegan a tener un problema con su impresora contacten lo mas pronto posible a soporte tecnico, ellos los atenderan con mucho gusto.
