A little learning curve for beginners, but overall a great machine. Free lite software that comes with machine is good for basic use, but you may want to purchase the pro software if you need to make a lot of adjustments. Lite software is basically open image and print, you really can't make any adjustments. It is sufficient for my use, but i'm considering purchasing the pro software in the future as I get more into DTF printing. The oven is really easy to use. Just set the temp and time when you first use it and you won't need to set it everytime unless you need to make changes. I use the same settings for what I do. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. I've had it for a few months now with no major issues.

Do no waste your money... item was purchased December 2025 and the printer already had to be fixed once and the Oven arrived damaged twice, first time it was taking 45 minutes to heat up and second time these metals balls just came out from tray, which btw were hot and burned my hand when i was trying to catch them since i did not know where they were coming from, and they refused to exchange it again, i requested to be escaleted and they told me they would only exchange it for an open box oven.. like really! This is all under 30 Days and its supposed to be brand new. Customer Service is Horrible, printer prints good but definitely breaks fast and too often, you cannot speak with any tech over phone, they do everything through the website and thats difficult. When you receive damage items their solution is always to send replacement parts or give you coupons which i disagree with because these printers are not cheap and they should arrive in working conditions. Definitely do your research . I will stop purchasing from Asian companies because their customer service is horrible and quality of products are not very good. I have requested to a phone call to speak to Admin team and of course they wont, all they do is communicate through email. Horrible, Horrible ,Horrible... Definitely worst $3,000 I've ever spent.

I will get a hold of Amazon tomorrow and inform them that this printer does not work, I have over a million followers on social media and this is how you treat your customers? I have to wait till 9pm my time and it’s past midnight just to get no help, my first 2 prints came out good but now I’m on my 7th print and I’m just wasting ink and still no one is helping me with this company, after 2 prints this printer stops printing when it wants to, I reach out on the website for help and they won’t respond as fast as you paid them, they will have you waiting looking at a message thread talking to A.i then patch you threw to a human that goes on lunch after 10 minutes into supposedly helping you out and leave you waiting for nothing, highly disappointed with this product that stops working when it wants to stop working
