    • It's OK but Fit and Finish is just Mediocre
This is a decent heater. The assembly was easy and it fired up on the very first try. The heat distribution is good but you have to be sitting pretty close to the unit to feel the heat. The first night we used it the temperature was about 50-55 F and you had to be within two feet of the unit to really feel the heat. The packaging was a disaster. The boxes were heavily damaged and some of the pieces had scratches on them. The round heat disc at the top was bent but usable by partially bending it back in place. Some of the welds were discolored and are not very attractive and the whole unit has a slight tilt to it. All in all, it's OK but the fit and finish are less than acceptable. For $229 I would have expected better. ... show more

Well for one thing it's to tall and doesn't provide any heat at all if you're seated .I had mine shortened by 16 inches and it works pretty fair. It nothing to write a home about. I was pretty disappointed with the product when it arrived.

    • Heat output is good and easy to set up.
Not real happy with the loading and unloading the tank after the cover fell on my arms causing bruises and abrasions. You will need to support the cover from falling while changing. Another thing is removal of the protective tape will take a little bit of patience to remove. All in all, it's worth the price. ... show more

This little heater is amazing! I ordered it to to keep warm outside during this winter season, and it definitely delivers. It arrived much quicker than expected, so that’s a plus. Was able to get it assembled within 15-20 minutes, and have been using it every evening since. My heater arrived today. Set up took about 20 mins. Instructions were easy enough. I would suggest using a small blade in the in the cracks where the protective film is wedged into the folds of the metal. That helped me remove the coating a little easier. Unfortunately we didn't choose to unbox this item until the fall when it was needed... after the refund/exchange date. That was our fault. However I believed the heater was silver. Parts are white and as shown in the photo were scratched/damaged during shipment.
