This printer is SO incredibly easy to set up and use. Labels print in seconds every time! My only complaint is that the printing is not super crisp and sharp. I'm not sure how this has so many positive reviews. It took me about 2 hours to set up properly and is incredibly confusing to use and I'm pretty well versed in technology. It does not print clearly. It worked one time but the label was off-centered despite being put in perfectly straight according to the label barriers. Then it just stopped working entirely. The media could not be loaded. I finally decided to get a thermal label printer, so I'm not using my regular printer to print out shipping labels and then having to use packing tape to tape the labels to the box lol. So far, so good with this one. Everything's been great and not having to worry about ink is wonderful. I will always have ink as long as I have the right kind of labels to go into this thermal printer. The text prints out nice and dark, and it doesn't smudge. Extremely difficult to set up directly to computer as a printer. I couldn't even set it up, used the cord, Bluetooth and everything I could as a tech savy man. And Secondly, after every 4 prints of a label, I have to recenter the labels and it wastes 3-4 entire tables to do so. I should have spent a bit more and Bought a better one. ... show more
