The media could not be loaded. Works as it should. You need to adjust to your water level ,and check it often but that's easy enough to keep the pool clean. Easy to set up. Great for the price. I also still use both intakes. And flow is the same.

I love this thing it does work as advertised as long as you keep the water levels where they need to be, but it is easy to adjust and fix that. I do wish that the hose would be more flexible. The stiff hose that comes with is a little bit stiff I wish it would be more flexible. , but it does work very very good as advertised would purchase again maybe with a modification if I could find a more flexible hose but if this is not an issue for you, it absolutely works. It will work perfectly. It’s just I want more. Flexible hose personal preference would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this much needed skimmer and immediately hooked it up. Living in the country, we have lots of trees and bugs, not to mention dirt from a dirt road. The skimmer took no time (10 minutes tops) to hook up and comes with easy to follow directions. It fit perfectly on my pool and is already busy doing its job. I have included two pics and a video to show it attached to the pool and working. I feel like this product is a good quality for the price. It appears to be sturdy, and I think this will cut down on me having to clean the pool and remove unwanted debris with a net. Wish I had ordered one sooner!

I had the plastic clamp on my pool for about a week, and unfortunately, it cracked while in use. I attempted to improvise a fix to salvage it, but despite my efforts, it’s not working as intended. Initially, it worked well for a couple of days, but now I realize it needs reinforcing where it hooks over the pool’s edge. I recommend reinforcing the clamp setup to prevent similar issues in the future. By providing additional support for the clamp to go over the pool’s edge beforehand, like the temporary solution I have in place, we can avoid damaging the fragile plastic. This proactive approach will ensure stability and prevent issues with clamping onto the pool’s edge moving forward. If possible, I kindly request a replacement clamp piece to be sent to me. This way, I can reinforce it before encountering the same problem again. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated, as I’ve learned that the current plastic material is not durable enough for the task at hand.
