This camera worked great and took amazing pictures when I first got it. After a month when the batteries died in it and I had to change them, the camera said that it could no longer connect to my account. I tried to contact customer service and that was a waste of time. The app was easy to load. Each camera has its own data plan that you need to choose. There are a number of options to choose from, but I left them at their recommended settings/default levels. I do not use the high density option. I was up and running quickly. This camera has less MPs and is priced accordingly. Bought back in July and put it on my property up north to keep an eye on things. Unit worked great at first. Then about two weeks ago it stopped sending pictures. Drove up to check on it and it is still taking pictures just no longer sends them. Did a manual sync and it would not get past the battery test. It would show a good battery and then stop there. Still would take a picture just will not even attempt to connect to the network. And of course I’m about a month past the return window. Will be looking at a different brand then Muddy/ Stealth. ... show more

This is a really good camera. The image are not really that clear. But the battery life is amazing it’s lasted around 3 months now. The signal works really well I live in the middle of nowhere
