First thing I'd like to say, is that it's a very nice and practical medical scooter. I'm 6'6" tall, weigh 270 lbs and find the scooter very comfortable for me. Insofar as battery life..I gave it an initial charge of 12 hours yesterday and drove about 4 miles today and it's still showing a full charge. Mobility wise it does go the advertised 7 mph, but, I removed the very irritating back up beeping speaker located under the scooter and above the center of the rear axle. This scooter is very easy to use and an excellent value for the money. The only thing that bothers me sometimes..is that in order to start it, you must play with the key switch by turning it on and off and on again until it catches the right spot. ... show more

Put this nice scooter together myself in a short time, easy enough for 75 year old lady. The reverse beeping was super annoying so I turned scooter on its side, found the 1 inch wide round white speaker above the rear transaxle and followed the skinny red and black wires to the connection and unplugged it. Alternately I could have put a piece of electrical tape over the speaker to muffle it to greatly soften the loud beeping. This scooter is a great replacement for our 8 year old scooter that was dying. I have not installed the mirrors yet as I have emailed the company asking for clarification as to how to install them. The hole is not obvious and it appears I would need to cut a hole in the handles for each of them. Rides great, responsive, nice baskets. We purchased 2 units. One unit works perfectly and the other has problems. The bad unit does not start much of the time. The bad unit does not start when the key is turned on even though the light goes on the unit does not run. The key may need to be turned on many times for it to finally run. Once it starts it works fine but it may take ten or fifteen minutes to get it going. NOT GOOD ... show more

This scooter is exactly as advertised and works like a charm. It was easy to set up and the build quality is good, especially for the price. So far, the battery has held its charge quite well. The reverse beeper is annoying (as it is on all scooters, but was very easy to muffle. Even better, muffling it did not change the horn’s volume. I love the storage on this scooter with the baskets in the front and back. The seat is reasonably comfortable and is very easy to drive. My only complaint is I wish the volume of the backup alarm could be lowered, it is very loud.

Its a scooter for the elderly. It works great, did a ride of about 8 miles, mostly sidewalk, and had no trouble. The Amazon description indicates it come with rear view mirrors, but I didn't get them. The product is very good, well engineered, and works well. My only complaint is lack of mirrors. I'm adding to the review. The front basket is good for my oxygen concentrator, the basket behind the wind screen holds manual, small tools, etc. The rear basket folds nicely but handles small amount of grocery items, I now have access to banks, groceries, liibrary, etc.. The media could not be loaded. My husband has advanced pulmonary fibrosis and is unable to walk without oxygen. This scooter has allowed him to be mobile again. It is very reliable and is able to maneuver a 15 degree incline. Easy to assemble and easily fits into the back of an SUV. We are so happy to be mobile again. ... show more
