This scooter is poorly made. The first scooter was delivered with the main steering column bent sideways. We refused delivery and then the company wanted us to send pictures of the damaged scooter which we informed them we did no0t have as delivery was refused. The second one had the plastic broken where both of the mirrors are attached. We have now waited about 3 weeks for someone to pick this one up and deliver another. They want to give us a small credit to keep the broken scooter. I said No thank You. communication with the seller has not been good. would not recommend this scooter to much plastic for the price

The turn radius is the worst. Constantly running into things while trying to maneuver to turn around. You have to maneuver back and forth many times to turn around in tight spaces. I would have sent it back if it weren’t for all of the issues related to sending it back. I used it in downtown Atlanta Georgia this last weekend and it got me around great through all of the long steep hills. It has 4 bars to indicate power but after 2 bars are gone it will die quickly. Also, it is extremely heavy weighing about 300 lbs. The best thing about it is the durability and capacity to go off harden surfaces onto gravel or hard dirt.

Like everything about it only thing I can see that didn’t suit me is a turning radius is not tight enough to suit me makes it a little top to maneuver and close quarters other than that so far just great

I received this about a month ago and it is the best scooter I have ever used, the range is excellent I traveled almost 10 miles and still had a full battery it's comfortable and the seat adjust easily, I would recommend this for anyone looking for a mobility scooter. I've gotten a lot of compliments and and the Bluetooth works great. It is compact enough to fit into my Mobility van which makes it easy for me to use this when I go shopping or to the park or just out walking my dogs. The speed is fully adjustable and I love the fact that it will go slow if I needed to or fast if I need it to. The company contacted me multiple times to check on my satisfaction and that gives me a great feeling about this company and their products.
