Scooter arrived with damage due to shipping. Contacted seller about the damage to the scooter, and they had me send pictures of damage due to shipping. Customer service contacted me and said they would send me a new scooter. They sent a replacement scooter and now I have five star scooter. Scooter works well on concrete, blacktop, all hard surfaces. Works ok on lawn but loose gravel driveway not as good. It will get you there on gravel but to me it's a bit of a rough ride due to solid rubber wheels.

The scooter was easy for my husband to assemble even with his disability. He loves being able to go around the neighborhood to catch up with news. This scooter is well made & has given him back the ability to get outside to check on our yard, as the scooter works well on the grass sidewalks & streets. This scooter allows the freedom to get around on your own instead of being house bound. We are very satisfied with our purchase & recommend it to anyone with a mobility issue.

The media could not be loaded. I bought it for my dad due to bad knee problems. He’s the type that loves outdoor and never stop of finding things in the house to fix. After 3 years, I finally found something that will benefit him. Received this wheelchair scooter within less than the expected date. I’m just so happy with him. I think this was a great investment for my dad.

Scooter was 10 minutes to unpack and assemble. There is a small black plastic housing up.in the front that is literally impossible to get screwed together I wound up electrical taping it together. It's an extremely poor design. Put battery on charger immediately and took about 6 more hours to come to Green Light on charger. Ran scooter for about 1 hour on first charge ...somewhere around 3 miles. Didn't seem to put much of a dent in the battery but instructions said to do this and then I've put battery back on charger. Scooter has solid wheels and no suspension so it's a pretty bumpy ride. It's shorter than the rental scooters at Disneyland but faster by about a half mile per hour. It struggled a little going up gentle slopes but I'm 230 lbs and it did climb the hills. Don't know how it would handle a 300lb person. Like I said it short so it has a pretty sharp turning radius. Starts out gradually but comes to full speed quickly. Reverse worked good too. Head light is great. I'm still in the process of breaking in battery to get it to 100% charged capacity. That takes a few uses and recharges to do. All in all I'm pleased with this $750 Scooter. Seems Like it'll handle a day at Disney or Knotts just fine while my broken foot is healing.

This scooter is just what my husband needed. Easily portable in a small SUV. Sturdier than you would think for a foldable scooter. I had something to resolve through Ecomobi Customer Service. Was genuinely surprised and thankful for the wonderful Customer Service I received. They really support their products! Would definitely purchase again if he wears this one out!
