This scooters arrived quickly and easy to assemble. I tried using it and it was a smooth ride. Easy to fold and easy to load and unload into our car. It was exactly as described and their customer service was is excellent. Only issue I have is that the arms need to be removed when folding which is easy to do. Be aware scooter may come in two packages. Battery arrived early and carry case was broken in half. Contacted supplier and the following week they sent out a new battery and scooter also arrived. Scooter appears to be of good quality. A little heavier than anticipated but not unmanageable. Seems like battery life is great driven four miles and battery gauge hasn’t moved. Easy to assemble and goes thru grass pretty easily. Don’t think you’ll get 7 mph out of it more like 4-5 mph but happy so far. For the price it’s a good buy. Hope it lasts.

Lots of fun and portable. Goes beautifully on asphalt trail and very well on packed gravel. Easy to maneuver outdoors. Not really meant for the house where tight corners mean you have to put up with the annoying backup beeps. Battery really lasts.

This little thing is a lifesaver! Because it folds up nicely, it is easy to take on any plane (folds to about the size of a large suitcase) it also makes cruise ships a breeze. It can climb inclines quite well and has good power, even when at max weight capacity. At only 46 pounds, it is a breeze to get in and out of a vehicle etc.

This scooter has been a great mobility aid. It was easy to assemble, has been easy to fold up and lift into a vehicle for travel and the features such as the horn and lights are great. We have not yet ran the battery out to confirm the battery life but have no doubt it will work for its intended use.

Scooter arrived with damage due to shipping. Contacted seller about the damage to the scooter, and they had me send pictures of damage due to shipping. Customer service contacted me and said they would send me a new scooter. They sent a replacement scooter and now I have five star scooter. Scooter works well on concrete, blacktop, all hard surfaces. Works ok on lawn but loose gravel driveway not as good. It will get you there on gravel but to me it's a bit of a rough ride due to solid rubber wheels.
