The price point was far cheaper than inferior units. The MS02 Pro comes with more options, USB charging, lights, basket, rear basket, chrome wheels, and a longer battery life than most higher priced units. The quality and overall craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations at this price! The ride and comfort are excellent and I would recommend anyone looking for a mobility cart to start here!!! The overall ease of use, safety features, lighter weight and appearance are so amazing, I'm still shocked at the price! A definite consideration for anyone needing a mobility cart!

The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble is a understatement. Took less than 15 mins to put together. The red color is vibrant and beautiful. Sleek and slim does not take space up in your home. Having a pprt to cjarge your phone is so convenient. Has a headlight so others can see you during late hours. Speed adjustment and battery status right at your view. You can easily adjust your seat. Great leg room. It has 2 baskets one in the front and one in the back for extra storage. None slip handles for a nice grip. Easy to fold for traveling. This scooter has met all the expectations and operates smoothly. Highly recommend the purchase of this product.

I have severe arthritis and have broken 9 bones in 5 years walking. When I did research, this scooter had the most and best features--and at an incredible price! It has a brushless motor, the battery lasts longer than all others, and it can handle a 15-degree hill. It also is the only one to offer a rear basket in addition to the one in front, which is important if one needs to do grocery shopping. It also has adjustable seat and arms and swivel arms. It also folds up easily for transport. The battery is lightweight and removable for charging so the whole scooter doesn't have to be moved from a vehicle just to charge. I even love the durable and shiny car-like finish and sturdy tires with a fron bumper guard and extra rear wheels for stability. I currently can't get to garage to take pics because I'm in a leg immobilizer and can't bend my knee, but I LOVE this product!

I'm a crippled 70 year old woman. I used a boxcutter to get this out of its container and in less than an hour I was able to ride it, having assembled it with no help. I didn't need to read the assembly instructions because it was obvious as to what went together and where. It works well and is slim enough to use inside my home. The backup siren was my only problem in that my dog wouldn't come inside the house for 2 days after hearing it go off! Also, the potentiometer button that is used for speeding up and slowing down didn't seem to work. It apparently has just one speed and that is FAST. All in all I think this is a great product and well worth the cost.

I’m a 67 yr old handy woman was able to assemble in 20 min never looked at directions lol. For my husband with health issues to use . He loves it ! Goes a good speed gets him the few blocks to grocery store. Light is bright though he will rarely use in the dark . Looks sleek . Very stable . Loves the baskets . Plugs in when done so always ready to go . Loaded it once into car with hatch back while a bit heavy it’s not impossible for me to do with minimal help . Goes well even on grass . We went from a seated two wheel scooter to this for increasing balance problems . A great product so far
